Place is cool for the kiddos. I like taking my toddler during the week when it's less busy. Staff was also really nice

We paid full price for two of our children to come here. Several of the attractions are closed off with keep out signs. Trapeze, dodgeball, basketball, and walk the wall are all closed. I understand if work needs to be done but they should be notifying people in advance or the tickets shouldn’t be full price when the kids can only use LESS than half of the park.

Wonderful place to burn up some energy! So many trampolines, so many kids!I never saw either of my granddaughter's move any slower than a run or a hop. They have parties here, and it looks as though all the kids are enjoying it.They are also working in a climbing maze. Should be finished soon.

Nice place to take kids to burn energy but NOT a good place to buy party packages. A small table reservation was $210 and that’s us bringing our own decoration to set up the table. Pizzas are ordered through a pizza delivery company and are $20 per pizza. Concessions wayyyyyy over priced and all there is are drinks, chips, candy. If you go during busy hours be careful with your little ones as the bigger kids (or even kids who know better) will disregard any others they bump. The area reserved for smaller ages is completely over run by older kids. Staff allows it. Staff is filled with young kids with no customer service/inviting personalities (they are not rude but there is no greeting which leaves the customer unsure if it’s okay to approach). With teens working together there is flirting going on and just no attention to the facility and what’s going on around them. Lastly, this weekend was my 2nd time there in over a year and the obstacle course area is still closed. Not sure what’s going on there but again, it’s good for a few hours to let the kids jump, but not parties. Don’t spend all your money here.

At 20-$30 per child, this Altitude needs A LOT of TLC. Many of the activities are closed, the foam blocks are old and disgusting, and the padding is falling off everywhere. For the hour we have been here there’s only been one staff person on the floor, and she was sitting on her phone. Don’t waste your money here!!

Second time coming here and I don't plan on coming back. First time they didn't have any A/C and this time half their stuff was closed off...Also, they no longer have the rope course which I was excited about. They replaced it with a playground. Then their foam boxes are all ripped up and when landing on them they get all over your clothes and fly in the air where it got in my eyes..But did try to have fun with what they had left..

Great place to take my grandkids. Manager (Stephen) was very nice and pleasant even though they were understaffed that day. We look forward to going back.
