Altitude Trampoline Park

Smelled really bad and the kids working there didn't seem to care at all, except the girl that checked us in. Really disappointed 😞 …

Love how open this jump park is. The ball pit also has a fun interactive screen game. Few things are needed to be fixed though. They have a fun "Simon says" style jump game and one side was broken

The people you hired reflects on the company, they do not care about the service about having clean environment, drinks spill on the floor, we were there 3 hours it never got clean and y’all are missing a lot of areas that needs to be taking care

It's a fun place, but there's a problem with the employees, they usually invite their friends over and there usually a lot older than the other kids, and today is what happened and they where playing dodgeball and they just keep on yelling bad words! There were even kids playing on the trampolines and yet you could still hear them! And the workers did nothing even one was kther at the dodgeball station and they did nothing! And that the foam pits are always ruined, and there would always be a trampoline broken and even the food they sell would leave me broke!

Parent of Small kids beware.The staff is young ( early Highschool) . They are trying to look cool instead of Enforcing rules for safety. On the same trampoline is Highschool kids and 2-5 yr old kids and half of their parents aren’t watching them. I looked for an adult staff for help and there was none. I tried to call management but their voicemail was full! It’s a free for all with no one enforcing safety rules.

This place is fun with kids but it would be run better and be safer if it wasn’t run by kids there wasn’t one adult present on there staff at all the brought our pizzas 45 min late and the party coordinator was nowhere to be found when needed 3 attractions were closed off and there we’re parts of the floor torn all over the place. I kept mistaking the employees for other kids jumping it’s really crazy who they choose to hire the kids we’re play fighting behind the counter instead of helping the line they had in front of them and the manager was just sitting in his office playing in his computer

This place could use some updates and needs to be much cooler. Either the temp is too low of the HVAC can't keep up with the Texas summer weather. Especially in the back event rooms, where folks were start to sweat just standing around.Lots of the padding and foam materials shows excessive wear and needs to be replaced.Otherwise, the kids didn't seem to mind, and they had fun. So perhaps these suggestions are more the comfort of the adults.

I went with my 3 grandkids and they had a great time and didn't want to leave. I had a problem with signing the waiver and Steve was so kind and helped me with it. Also, Haley at the front desk was very nice and helpful. My only suggestion is more monitoring around and have someone by the front door to see who comes and goes. It really is a fun place to bring the kids. They loved it.

MEMBERSHIP IS A SCAM. They require 60 day’s notice to cancel and between the activation and cancellation fee, you pay more than you ever would have per visit. Also, the tables and floor around the jump park are always nasty. Covered in food crumbs and trash EVERYWHERE. Also, the employees are just incompetent teenagers who don’t watch anything going on at all. Waste of money. Here they are in their natural habitat sitting stationary on the equipment YOU thought you paid for your family to use, but nobody can because it’s a paid employee breakroom apparently where they sit around on their phones taking up space and oxygen in everyone’s way.

Nice indoor play area for kids. Has trampoline and variety of games. Best place for summers
