2022: My boys had a blast. Similar to other trampoline parks, they could probably refresh their foam blocks and some floor pieces. We were excited for the trapeze and Zipline but they were closed.Update 2023: could still update their foam blocks and lots of their soft flooring around the trampoline sections. They added a really nice multi level play place, more tables, and a snack bar, wish they'd get new foam it just sticks all over you. Kids had a blast regardless.

We love this place before but now just all messed up . The staff here don’t even know their own price and subscription , they over charged us and we have to show them which is the right button to press to charge us . There are lots of kids are bare feet or wrong socks . Guess the socks only sell to customers who don’t know their staff . The staff ‘s friends over there play ( don’t know they paid or not ) even make their own rules to trying to kick us out of the area so they can play by themselves . Anyway the whole time we were there this time is just nightmare .

We come here all the time! They just opened a brand new play structure and the trampolines and foam pits are so much fun for my littles. We go for toddler time from 11am to 1pm. Only issue is that the trampolines are often broken in multiple places and visibly pretty dirty. They have been better recently about replacing the foam squares in the pits.

This place is literally being ran by KIDS… A lot of stuff is closed off and the KIDS that are working the dodge ball area were literally trying to hurt kids by hitting so hard. No staff watching every area there was only staff in the dodgeball area. The only thing is I paid for 1 hour and stayed until my son was tired. The only reason I stayed is because I’m actually watching my child unlike most parents here to make sure he’s safe.

We love this place and it’s a great deal for a membership at $10 a month (which includes socks). It can get very crowded some days and we tend to try to go with the littles during the week at opening during the school year. There aren’t much staff policing the trampoline areas which for me personally is only an issue when teenagers are trying to play in the 5 and under area or they’re just harassing little kids and ruining their foam block stacks or trying to peg them in the dodgeball area, which could use more policing. They just added a whole new play area in the very front as of a couple weeks ago and it’s so fun and my kids love it. The day we were there was not a busy teen day and the new climbing area really only had little kids which was nice. I will say, if you have older kids, please don’t just drop them off at altitude. Sometimes there are like 5 adults inside the entire place and like 100 kids, which is crazy and are the days we leave. This place isn’t a daycare, y’all. The food options and snacks aren’t great, just junk. The few arcade games there are expensive. Lockers don’t usually work but if you ask an employee, they’ll unlock them and make them work (they have to reset them often). My kids love this place and it’s clean and fun.

We had an excellent experience in May. The manager on hand at the time, Amanda (I hope that is her name), did an incredible job helping is out. I'm not sure what people are expecting - it is a kids play place. Go and let your kids have fun!

We had a great time here! The bigger kids can be a bit rough on the playscape though. Also, be expected to see kid "messes" in the bathroom, as lots of kids run around on their own. The staff were quick to clean it up though! Bring your own water bottles or canisters, as the concession stand is quite pricey!
