They have some amazing deals, this summer! $10 + tax for each kid..OR, you can buy a membership and ita just $10/month..remember to bring your altitude socks, so you don't have to pay for them each time you go!

We went on a weekend. This place is too crowded and with ZERO supervision. There is no limit for the number of persons inside and I don't see anyone governing the kids at all. The jump area is pretty dirty too

We visited this trampoline place for a party. There were a lot of kids and not enough space so I don’t think they have any limitations on the amount of kids they can host at one time because they also had about 10 birthday parties going on at the same time. More than half of the games were out of order.

Yesterday my son had his 13th birthday at Altitude from 4-6. In all my sons 13 years I have never seen a party be conducted in the manor that it was. Throughout the 2 hrs I seen my host a total of 3 times. I had to ask for forks. When we got into the room it was still trash from the party before. As well as crumbs on the counter and used napkins. I asked her could she give me a rag to clean it and she came and cleaned it herself. We agreed on the pizza coming at 5 and then when 5 came I had to go and find her in which she said that it was supposed to come at 5:30 which is 30 minutes before my party is over. At 5:45 they came and started cleaning and prepping for the next party (Zoey) and my party wasn’t over until 6. I payed for 2 hrs thats what I should’ve gotten. To be silently pushed out of a room for the next party was ridiculous like the other party was waiting outside my party room to be allowed in. Why are the parties booked back to back like that? Then when I went to the party desk to give my sons last two wristbands away not only was I ignored for a few seconds they had already given my baby bands away so the guy had to go and grab more from the bigger desk. I noticed a lot of young kids working there in which these are part time and weekend jobs for them but I had yet to run across one that gave good customer service. Oan the lighter I was given for the candles for my cake didn’t work. I also seen that the receipt said the birthday boy would recieve a membership gift from Altitude. Never received that. I will never have a party there and would never recommend to anyone.

Great price but very dirty. No staff watching for unruly kids, place has a lot of broken areas. Foam pieces all over needs a good scrub and vacuum. Emma was very kind at the desk.

Update: the general manger told me that they never processed my cancellation. Wow…just no words. I have yet to see the credits since billing me since July 2021. Check your credit card statements and don’t assume when they say they cancel, it means cancelled.Original message:Do not subscribe to their membership program unless you enjoy being a poorly run facility.I used to come here but I stoped coming in July 2021 because of the filth and poorly maintained trampolines. Such a shame. They seem more interested in collecting money through residual income than keeping a clean facility. Instead of keeping things clean they decided to add a putt-putt, massage chairs and game machines. One of the trampoline had a damaged hole - which took weeks for them to replace. They tried to cover it up with duck tape.I canceled my membership and still get charged each month! This is despite me filling out a form.Their staff seem more interested in chatting amongst themselves instead of enforcing safety.Go somewhere else if you want to somewhere else if you want to have fun with your kids.

I am honestly disappointed in this location. As a kid I loved going to altitude. When we moved to Round Rock we were really excited to see that there was one here. I bought the membership online a few days before going. When we first went In we saw the obstacle course, mini golf, and the trampoline area. But the only thing available to do was jumping. I decided to jump with my daughter and I regretted that SO MUCH. the foam cubes smelt like dirty feet, urine and looked like someone took bites out of all of them. It was disgusting to even walk around. They need to replace them before it becomes a hazard. We decided to leave after an hour. Little did I know that’s when it gets worse. SoI had to work and would forget about calling until after they’re closed for the day so they kept charging my card. I had called them to cancel it because I will not go there anymore and they said that you can not cancel over the phone. You have to come into the location to cancel a membership. What if you moved states? Then what. You just can’t cancel it? Anyways I got busy with work and was unable to come in for a while and when I was finally able to come in I spoke to them to cancel and they said they have a $20 cancellation fee! That is ridiculous. They also sold the obstacle course due to new ownership and the mini golf still isn’t able to be used. I am very disappointed in this location. And I don’t recommend this location due to cleanliness and bad service

It's a pretty cool jump park, but I buy two hours.we arrived at 6:53 They only played 1 hour. The schedule says they close at 9 but at 8 the team started cleaning.

Sept 15- Good updates. They have added new foam squares, new balls and are adding padding. Looks like they are trying to improve. Wish we could get the 10 am open time back.Super frustrating that you changed your hours and never posted to give notice. If you have kids and plan this it would have been nice to give advanced notice!Positives- good price for the membership.Kids have fun and it wears them out.Cons- dirty I mean gross dirty. The floor is covered in gum and who knows what else. Staff is hit or miss for friendly. Wish they would update and clean the facility.

This is such a cool place. Not sure what I expected, I've never been to a trampoline park before but this was more then I thought it would be.I think the Court Monitor could have been much more attentive but besides that, 5 stars!!Also an awesome perk is the two massage chairs that parents can relax in while the kids play. Nice touch!
