Equipment is nice and usually clean and working. Sometimes they are out of cleaning wipes and the trash is overflowing. Also, and this is about the customers, people will sit on the machines using their cell phones. The cell phone use gets really old really fast. Otherwise, I do like this gym and the employees are usually friendly.

This gym is for real. Large variety of free weights, machines, tredmills etc. Very new snd clean. Lots of programs crossfit, yoga, spinning and more. Pool. One of the nicest gyms I've been to. It is better than 24 hr fitness but more expensive.

Really like this gym. Plenty of free weights/ benches, a power rack for olympic lifts, lots of cable machine options, tons of cardio equipment with cool options like rowing machines/ ladder climb/ actual stairmasters (not those fake ones with the pedals that "simulate" stair climbing), it even has a nice lap pool with a couple of lanes.. Staff is friendly too and I see a lot of people using the personal trainers.

THIS IS THE WOSRT EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH A GYM!!! I let a few things go when I first enrolled, giving the benefit of the doubt. I signed up online and paid $53 to enrolled, not knowing that they had .00 enrollment fee at the gym. I asked if I could get my enrollment back and I was told I couldn't because I did it online. Fine! I let that go. Then I decided to add my sister since there was no enrollment fee. I had seen a sign that said you can add someone someone else to your account for $29.99 a month. I asked for that and I was told I couldn't do it and it'll be $34.99 month instead. Ok fine! Not sure why where there are signs all over the gym that say 29.99. Ok I let that go! Then I took my kid to the kids club and my child was in there for less than 40 minutes and comes out with a big scratch on his face. The staff didn't even provide and explanation for what happened. Then someone named Kaylee calls saying she's a manager after my review on Facebook and provides an explanation of what happened. She also stated they'll give me the first month free since I had just enrolled and I'll get a credit. So, today I was checking if I received the credit. To my surprise there were $312 taking out of my account from Sept 2nd to Sept 6th. Wth?!?!? I called and they finally put a manager on the phone, Luke. He explained that $90 was all that was incorrect, because the membership was initially input incorrectly and they were going to work on getting me that money back (Which sounds like it'll take over a week, but it was taking out of my account within a week). He said the rest of the charges are for the last month, prorated fees (Sept 3nd-Sept 5) and first month. Which I was not ready for it to cost me $207 to start at a gym. It wasn't explained to me that that much was going to be charged within a week! I'm not working right now. So, that is a big deal. Luke tries to explain how it works with an almost sarcastic tone, like I'm stupid. It's not that I don't fully understand, but to me even if you are telling me that if I cancel 30 days prior and I can still use the gym for another 30 days, it doesn't make sense when I'm paying $207 within a week. If I cancel, I only get 30 days not 60. I enrolled with the hope to get a workout when I have an 8 month old baby. Then I asked about the credit on the kids club that I was promised by the other Manager, Kaylee. Luke says that since the money was already taking out, that I'll get credit next month (That's not what I was promised to begin with!). Plus the way things are going I'm not sure I'll keep my membership! I enrolled 11 days ago and I'm so freaking frustrated!!!! The worst experience by far. Very rude and unprofessional staff.

Best golds I have been to yet! Great layout and an even better staff. Tyson is always very friendly at the front door and Robert is a great coach; I for sure recommend anyone using him as a trainer or taking his golds classes.

Love this gym...this place has a neighborhood feel to it. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Gabe, Justin and Robert are awesome. It is nice to get the feedback and encouragement from a coach ..the studio classes are a nice addition to your membership ..i looked into going to a crossfit box but realized i could pay less and get the options for cycle and burn (orange theory type class) with a golds membership. One stop shop. Try the powerlifting classes with Gabe he is been super helpful to me and i have seen a difference with my workouts and strength. As far as the class times..speak up if you are not happy..i voiced a concern that no classes were held at 4 pm and with my kids daycare and my work schedule that just didnt work for me..beginning October..there will be 4pm studio classes..and lastly..the kids club is great my 4yr old loves to go to the gym with me. The ladies in there are sweet.

It is very bright in there with skylights and lighting. Very large and spacious, clean and new. Classes are great and people are friendly. The childcare has good hours and a big area. They have saunas in the locker rooms and they are very large. Even have blowdryers in the locker rooms and free wifi.

Nice looking new gym that is experimenting with the "Gold's Studio" concept. Essentially, this gym is your traditional Gold's with the added components of "premium classes" that reflect the latest trends in fitness clubs. These "Studio Classes" are an add-on premium to the standard membership fee. It's gets quite pricey for the Studio Membership, but you can try 4 visits to these classes for free with your standard membership. At this location these studio classes include "Gold's Fit" (Crossfit alternative), "Gold's Burn" (Orange Theory alternative), and "Gold's Cycle" (Spin Class). There is one room dedicated to traditional cardio group classes that are not part of the Studio Membership. I like the Studio classes a lot. The instructors are great and well trained. However, the pricing for this membership is comparable (or at time higher than) to other fitness memberships in the area. In my opinion, the class times are so limited it's not worth even trying the Studio Membership. It's really a business model that's not going to work in this area. This is clearly the case with the attendance levels in these classes. Throw the Studio Classes into the standard membership and this gym would be one of the best in the area. Also - cautionary tip for new members. Do NOT sign up for a contract. I didn't and even then I had trouble cancelling my membership. When you sign up on a month-to-month agreement, you pay your LAST month's dues, then at the first part of the month, you'll pay again for your first month. If you want to cancel, they require 28 days notice to stop payment. This means that if you want to cancel on the 31st of a month, you will actually pay for 2 more months before you are done with your relationship with Gold's. (One more month's of payments, plus the last month's payment that you paid when you signed up.) This is the worst business practice I've seen in customer service. It's no wonder Gold's has the reputation they do online. Tread carefully.

I inquired about the child drop off they close in the middle of the day so no ability for lunch workouts.I really wanted an aquatic work out but they hold them around 9am twice a week when I can't be there. It is very clean, very well equipped and plenty of other work out classes.I did not have enough time to meet with a trainer maybe next time 😊

Very clean and spacious gym. The gym does get crowded at peak hours 5-7 pm, as with all gyms I have found, but there have always been availability for the machines I want to use. Tanya, personal trainer, was great helping me back into a fitness routine. I was concerned that I would over-do & be extremely sore, but Tanya worked with me to get a good workout. My body felt that I had exercised but it was a good feeling -- not incapacitated. The rest of the staff is always friendly & willing to answer any questions. Tanya is my shining star though. :)
