Apparently this gym is immune to coronavirus. In at least 7000sqft workout space, is only one sanitation station with spray and towels, one cleaning person who isn't cleaning workout areas, and only one antibacterial bottle at the front of the gym.Stay away if you are concerned about the pandemic. I'm canceling my membership... It's sad that a place for physical health has such little regard for the health of its members.

came here after 24hr fitness closed down. not your run of the mill golds gym. the one off 183 and burnet area is filled with your stereotypical gym rats and is what i expect golds to look like. this one is not as crowded as i thought and has a good mix of people

Joined the gym when I was new to Texas. Lost the job from Covid had to move back to Florida. Of course I need to cancel my membership. I was on auto payments. Took about 3 months to get ahold of someone to cancel. Now 7 months later, I get a letter from a collections agency for 64$. No one from the gym ever called me or anything I don’t know what this bill is for and I just waited for someone to answer for 45 minutes before hanging up. This place is a scam.

When you go late at night there is no crowd. It's generally still pretty crowded so it doesn't seem as though they are enforcing a COVID-19 capacity change. I like this gym but I don't like that they switched out the wipes and wipe dispensers for bottles of cleaning spray and paper towels.

I joined the Golds Gym in Wolf Ranch right before they closed it altogether during Covid. I didn't think anything about it and I didn't get a bill. Then a couple of months ago they started billing me again even though my gym was closed. I tried on multiple occasions to cancel my membership in person to no avail. Then the las time I went in they said I had to pay through my original contract date even though my gym was closed. I refused. Then I stated getting emails and calls every day saying I owed 2 months in back fees (I froze the card they had for me). Then I finally got an email from the Round Rock location where they arbitrability transferred my membership to. The Mgrs name is Leslie De Silva. In the first email she told me that if I would pay the $83 and change in payments she would send me the cancelation form. I refused explaining all I am saying here. Then I got a 2nd email where she finally told me that not only would I have to pay the $83 and change but would also have to fulfill my original contract and pay dues through 4/1/2021 even though my gym had been closed. Pretty sneaky communication. I have sent a detailed complaint to the Texas State attorney Generals Office. Do not do business with this crooked Manager or sleazy company!

Changing my review from a 1 star to a 5 star. I would first like to say that while I was treated very poorly by a representative of Gold's Gym, the person that did so was not affiliated specifically with this location and the AGM has been more than accommodating and welcoming as we would have expected from the beginning. Thank you Leslie and Gold's Gym RR North for earning our trust and welcoming us to Gold's.

I’m totally blown away by how awesome the Studio Coaches are. This gym has the best coaches you could ask for (Troy, Dawn, and Robert). There’s a much closer Gold’s to our house, but we don’t mind going a little further to Round Rock for Burn and Fit. Keep up the good work and thank you for all you do!

The pool maintenance at this location is horrible. I've been coming here for almost little over a year, and the temperature is never consistent. Oftentimes it's filled with trash/debris. Today the water was so foggy that I couldn't see the line. When I went to the front desk, they just said it was good to use and didn't even see the pool. I'm going to the Cedar Park location, but this Gold's Gym in terms of pool maintenance it's just awful.

One of my Favorite layouts for a gold's gym, and relatively clean. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 has to do with the management. While the front desk workers are congenial and generally pleasant the management is not always helpful and often times seems put off by what would otherwise be expected requests from gym members.

while facility and equipment were in decent condition, this location has serious issues maintaining their staff. coverage for there kids area is sporadic at best. much better options available for less then the monthly and membership fees they charge.
