Trash gym culture of no one respecting others or acting appropriately and trash management like in most golds. Garbage GM and manager who don't want to have conversations with people that have no gym etiquette

Joined 2 weeks ago, nice gym. Lots of free weights and machines. It gets busy in the mornings but one of the better gyms I've been to. I need to check into the classes.

We just moved here from Houston and have seen some rough gyms in my time. This Gold's Gym is well kept, professionally run, clean, the perfect place to work out. Ask for Carey!

1) gym equipment: 10/10. Absolutely everything you need. No shortage of dumbbells, machines, nor anything else.2) amenities: 20/10. I drive 15 minutes OUT OF MY WAY to come to this Gold’s Gym instead of the one on Gattis and 130. Why? Because they crank up the dry sauna to 190 degrees, which according to Dr. Andrew Huberman, is the ideal temperature. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR KEEPING YOUR SAUNA HOT UNLIKE OTHER LOCATIONS.3) customer service: 10/10. Employees are helpful, friendly, and professional. Specifically, a young woman named “Naz” particularly exuded all of these qualities and more. As a former manager in retail, I can speak from experience that she exhibits elite customer-service skills. Made me feel warm and welcomed and valued. Definitely the character that is promotable and that you want representing your business.Overall, 1000% satisfied customer. Absolutely no complaints. 10/10 everything. 5 stars. Come to this gym. You’ll have everything you need and won’t regret it.

One of the best gyms in the area for the value. Fun classes are available and friendly atmosphere for people of all ages. The equipments are well maintained and kept clean. Managers are extremely kind, and gracious leaders who take quick initiative to ensure members satisfaction are provided based on feedback. They really do a great job at making everyone feel welcomed, valued, and important and train employees to reflect those values as well. I found that to be the most encouraging factor to motivate me to come to the gym daily. The GM is one of the most humble and intelligent woman I know. It is evident the facility has had the success and growth it has, in such a short period of time due to her relentless contributions and strategic efforts to provide top notch service. She truly leads by example with grace.

5 STARS! I am impressed. I've tried out so many gyms and nothing comes close to Gold's Gym! First of all this gym is super clean all the time. I love the layout. This building is beautifully designed and modern. The high ceilings and bright lights really give me that classic Gold's Gym vibe. The friendly staff made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. Respect goes a long way! I would recommend this location not just for the equipment but for the culture. The members kind of do their own thing and we all have more than space to get our work out done in peace! Carey, the GM is a rock star and really knows her stuff. Keep up the great work Gold's Gym North Round Rock! P.S. Thumbs up for the sauna!

Went in for a walkthrough so we could potentially sign up for a membership and got the worst customer service from this guy at front who had longish black hair and was wearing skinny jeans. He just mumbled at us and literally made the most annoyed face that we had even asked to tour the gym. That was one of the awkwardest initial interaction one could have when looking to sign up for a membership and cannot understand why would Gold’s put such an impersonable individual to be upfront dealing with potential customers. We just ended up walking out. Luckily there are many other gyms around to choose from.

Staff is friendly and the gym is decent. Several machines have been out of order lately and it’s also frustrating that there is only one power rack. Would be 5 stars if there was more than one power rack, more mirrors, and a GHD would be a great addition as well.

Well its a clean location. Not set up as well as others but certainly will do. You have to request bands or other accessories from the front desk. They are civil but not overly friendly. If you like the hello welcome to Gold’s when you walk in, it didn’t happen here. I’m from another state and found this location while traveling. It’s heavily focused on the machines and racks with a small calisthenics or stretch area. Restroom is labeled well and clean too!

Hard to find parking. One of the front desk personnel not very friendly…a smile would be great.Group exercise instructor, Courtney, was great. She was very patient and showed me exercise modifications.
