Terrible customer service at this location, choose another location to sign up through and communicate with. The manager Carey at this location was not helpful at all and very short with her answers. I like Golds as a gym but each location varies on quality of service. This location definitely needs to up their training on how they provide customer service and how they communicate to the members.

The atmosphere is good but I've been working out here for 6 months and they won't replace the padding on the leg extension machine and the upright bikes are so old a d klunky. Old equipment

Went in to cancel membership due to getting awesome home gym equipment. But have to say Annalyce was super helpful, friendly and patient with helping me. She greeted everyone that walked in and i felt if i would come back , i would definitely be back here .Carey was great as well . She was setting me up with a trainer before leaving Golds. Super great staff! The facility looks great as well

Special shout out to Carey, she truly cares about listening to the customers feedback and fixes issues that she is aware of. The gym itself is spacious and has all the equipment you need.

It’s alright. They have a ton of machines, only 1 platform for squats and deadlifts, with a couple cheap squat racks and a couple smith machines, they have a lot more benches. There is rig by the entrance of the gym you can use for various things, but it isn’t properly bolted to the floor and feels sketchy. Everything is too close together, and weights are never racked correctly. See photo. It’s an okay gym, feels a little crowded. Would love to have more than 1 platform.

No complaints. Clean, equipment in working order and stuff that does break seems to be repaired pretty quickly. Pretty decent selection of free weights and various machines. Gets pretty crowded after 5pm but it's to be expected. Would be nice if they brought back the pool since it's been sitting empty for quite a while.

Was told I'd be able to bring a guest every time I came and this ended up being false. Had to cancel my membership because of that.

I like that it’s clean, however the online class schedule is never updated. I’ve missed classes and also showed up when they’ve been canceled and online hasn’t been updated and staff seem clueless to these updates.

Weekend hours are terrible. Extremely overcrowded gym with not enough equipment. Will be canceling my membership the moment a new gym opens up in the area.
