There is no reason the pool and hottub are not reopened. It is vital to those who need it for therapy or passive activity. If you are not opening back up lower membership prices!

Terrible service. I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for over six months and it’s still not cancelled. I’ve called, I’ve emailed, I’ve completed the form online and in person, I’ve went in person and spoke with them and now when I called they referred me to email the GM. I’ve put so much time into getting this membership cancelled and still nothing. So frustrating. I highly do not recommend unless you plan on being a member for life.

Do not attend this gym. No cleanliness whatsoever place smells horrible. The manager was not helpful and continued to charge me after I had moved out of state. Then sent me to collections. They wouldn’t let me cancel. AVOID THIS GYM!

Wide range of equipment, and the people working here are very nice and friendly. The gym is always kept very clean. Sadly it seems they are closing the pool at this location? :(

Be careful with this scammers !!! I signed up with no contract and after 2 weeks I canceled the membership with no contract. After this they keep wanting me to pay extra for months and months. They are absolutely scammers and now they want to send me a collections notice! This guys are awful! Do not get on their trap! And Btw the gym suck and it stinks!

Manager Carey Wood was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. We called in and were told my 17 year old son could do a 1 day pass for $15, which he was gonna use to workout with a friend. Well after he got signed in she comes over and tells him he's under 18 and can't workout. I told her what we were told over the phone and she said she overheard the conversation and heard the rep say people under 18 couldn't work out. Well why did we show up if we weren't told it was ok?? She didn't apologize for the miscommunication, just he can't workout. Really not how you treat potential customers, and yelling at a rep for giving incorrect information not great managerial skill.

They have a ton of equipment: Olympic platform and bumper weights, free weights, machines, rowing machine, ellipticals, treadmills, bicycles, a ladder machine, a sauna, and tons of cable machines.They could stand to fix the machines more quickly and the shower drain backs up more than I'd like but given the cheap price of membership (like $25/month no contract or something) and the good hours it's not a big deal.Rarely gets crowded and lots of regulars, so it's a nice little community.

Nice gym, come almost daily.Masks are required. But sadly not enforced.Super disapointed that the pool is closed for "covid". "Damp" areas are closed... But showers are open... Sooooo.Equipment is in good shape. Very friendly crowd. Staff is very friendly and patient, though won't confront people breaking rules.Overall would recommend.

I hope their swimming pool back up. It was closed for pandemic.It's my happy place. All crowd is dedicated and very serious about their personal fitness that keeps me moving in trying to achieve my fitness goals. Have been going there for 2 years and always love the goals I achieve.
