I travel year round and this by far is the worst gym I have ever been to. There is more people than equipment. I feel ripped off. I pay 35 dollars a month to go to LA fitness in Houston and they have three times the equipment. I paid 45 dollars for 1 week at Golds and cannot get through a full workout. Went 2 days and stopped and accepted the fact that I lost my money.

Don’t plan on cancelling this GYM. I’ve been in a 4 month dispute trying to cancel my gym membership, extremely manipulative to the point Where I called my bank and filed fraud charges against this company. Read the one star reviews, everything other customers are saying is true. Cowboy fitness has been amazing and comparable pricing to golds

I love this place! ALL of the front desk people Like Mike, Jon, Jazmyn, and Ben are awesome. The managers, and the personal trainers have great customer service skills. They work well with everybody. And all the members in the club are very friendly. FRIENDLY STAFF AND LOTS OF VARIED EQUIPMENT TO WORK OUT ON. I HAVE BEEN COMING TO THIS GYM FOR 20 YRS! 5 STARS!!!

I have not been a member long but so far it has been pretty good. I had an issue while traveling and franchise gyms but local manager resolved this for me. Equipment is in good shape. Trainers are great. Once COVID restrictions go away more options will be available. Looking forward to that!

Used to be a great spot to workout... they were very clean inside, not the case anymore. They have had some equipment issues go unresolved for months. Unacceptable in my opinion. It's not like my membership is discounted by 1/5 which is about how many machines are unusable. Pool remains unfilled, and these signs are on lots of machines.

I went to the gym Saturday and found it to be very clean. It looks like the staff is taking extra measures to insure the equipment is clean. All the hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipe stations were full.👍 …

Every day that I go to this gym at least one member of the staff is not in compliance with the state mandate re: Covid 19. The hour to hour and a half I spend there at least 6 to 10 people are not wearing a mask or not wearing it covering their nose and mouth. I spoke with the management but still the problem persist. Today staff members walked by a minimum of 5 people without the mask not covering the nose and mouth. THIS IS A STATE MANDATE THAT NEEDS TO BE ENFORCED.

Terrible company and manager! Unable to attend due to COVID and yet, they still continue to bill me. I sent an email request to cancel (she held that info back, tried to make me come in) when I am a high COVID risk. Asked to receive a refund for the "trainer" package I was never able to use and she refused. This company and their representatives could cares less about people... they just want my money! Well... they took it, even though I was never able to attend the trainer courses. When I asked for her supervisor... she refused to provide the information??? What kind of company allows that?? Answer: one that cares less about it's members as long as they get your money. Shame on you Gold's gym!!!! Karma folks... karma.

My year contract was DONE in March. Covid happened at the same time. I thought "perfect timing, I wont have to pay monthly anymore especially during quarantine when I cant even go!!!" I just noticed in August that they have been taking money out of my account since MAY!! What I find strange is that 1. they usually call to ask if youre doing ok if you havent showed up in a month, so why tf didnt they call me within the 3-4 months they took money out of my account and i havent been going. 2. why did they wait 1-2 months to start taking money out of my account, so yall just want to fool me into thinking my contract stopped. I contacted my bank and I more than likely will get my money back. Shame on yall.
