I just want to say Kim is the most respectful and kindhearted person she always makes sure you feel welcomed!!!!!

Was great. Has become too busy and overrun. I've been a member for over 10 years. Over the first 8-9 years, I could general access a weight machine or bench when I needed it or after a very short wait while someone finished up. That is no longer true. I've had to wait 15 minutes for one of the weight benches to become free. There are too many people and not enough benches. Some people sit with their phones and spend 30 minutes on a bench while they do a rep, spend 2-3 minutes on their phones and then do another rep. This situation has just been getting worst over the last year or two.

Just left after waiting 30 min at the door and no one was there to open. Don’t say you’re open at 7 if you can’t get reliable help to follow through with that promise

Everything is really great until you try to cancel your membership. 12 months after starting I tried to cancel and now I have to pay because my end date moved. Not cool y'all.

Update: new early morning employees that are great! Avaiable, get things done, and are available for members. Thank you!Love working out here and really enjoy the positive atmosphere. The reason for only 3 stars is the man that works the front desk early mornings. He's nearly impossible to find and many have left after needing to purchase something or wanting to use the hydro beds massage chairs ect. He is always missing and not very friendly.

I wrote a review a couple of months ago talking about how underinflated the stability balls were. Even got a call back by the manager. Since I've been back, my arms still sink into the middle of the ball when I try to do core exercises using the stability balls. Is it really that difficult to pump up the stability balls so they're firm?! Really, it can be done in less than 10 minutes. I'm not sure why this is such a problem.

I just wanted to give a shout to Kim for remembering my name and greeting me on a first name basis. It’s hard to find great employees these days and she seems to go above her call of duties. Just want to give praise. Overall the gymn as well is the staff is tip top.

Since I’m younger and they let me in for free because every summer they let people age 14-19 workout for free, clean too
