Used to love this place. Decent amount of equipment and very reasonable rates. And 24 hours a day. Everything has changed, and I just terminated my membership today. They are no longer 24 hours, 7 days a week. And now they have this crazy promo that allows any teenager from the age of 13 to 19, a free summer membership. Listen, I'm all for encouraging young adults to work out. But not at my expense. I show up at the gym and it is a zoo. Teenagers everywhere. Taking up the machines, taking selfies, basically just hanging out. But most importantly, getting in the way of my workout. Planet Fitness, you are alienating your paying members. Not smart!

The assistant manager Corey is always attentive and makes sure the gym stays a safe place for everyone.I'm a regular at this planet fitness and there's a great atmosphere and attitude between the staff members themselves and the gym rats!If a machine goes down for maintenance I usually see it back up and running the next time I'm there.

This gym is great for a beginner like me! They have a good selection of equipment, the place is always clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful without being intrusive.

I was helped by Simplicity a team player who works here at planet fitness in round Rock Texas.. she was very polite and very professional and gave me wonderful service I am eternally grateful for this.And she was wonderful....

This location is convenient, staff is friendly & very professional. Gym & locker rooms are clean. All equipment is either new or in excellent condition. I've had a great experience. The tanning beds and massage chairs are a bonus with the black card.

After being away from the exercise routine for over 2 years I decided to give Planet Fitness a try. I have not been disappointed at all. The facility is always clean and the staff is very friendly. I've worked with 2 different coaches and neither one of them lets you slack off. They ask you what your goals are and they hold you to it, which is something that I definitely need. I highly recommend you give them a try.

Corey the fitness instructor is great !!but this location gets a 3 stars simply for that the 30MINUTE WORKOUT ZONE doesnt have any means to keep people that are not in aINSTRUCTED CLASS OUT !!Today my Wife and Me were distracted because of people coming into ZONE and Interupting our class that we signed up for.
