Planet Fitness

Planet Fitness is truly a no judgement zone. I can come in and do the circuit, or just do some cardio, or come in, use the hydromassage, and take off. Any way I do it, nobody gives me any judgement for a hard workout, and easy one, or no workout at all if I just need to work out muscle kinks with the massage bed. The equipment is always clean, and the app lets me know when the crowds are thin. The Black Card membership lets me bring my son when he's looking to work out, as well. All in all - a very comfortable, welcoming fitness center.

This was a great place to workout back before the pandemic. I stopped going because of the pandemic. Now that I am trying to get back into a workout routine, I find the gym is no longer 24/7. This lowers the value of the membership, tremendously, and puts a strain on my schedule, especially on the weekends, when there is much work to do around the house and yard during the day. Nights are a prime time for workouts on the weekends. I used to get an hour in at the gym, then out visiting with friends. No more. I'm contemplating the worth of my membership, now.

I don't like coming to this location past 5 but can't come early due to work restrictions. This is the 2nd or 3rd time that I waited for a concierge to activate a massage chair for me but there was no concierge for 10-15 mins and I had to leave without one despite being a black card member. Plus super crowded and people jacking up machines while absolutely doing nothing on there. There should be some kind of rules or regulations for that. Customer service could definitely be better.

Clean facility, machines/weights in good condition and friendly staff. There's always plenty of machines open for use. Been going here for over 3 years and love it

Signed up today with Corey and Simplicity, both were very nice and knowledgeable of the facility. Has everything I need and was very clean.

The gym is Beautiful, nice and clean and lots of areas to work out. The Membership are very affordable too. Love it !!

The guy who works at the night time is never there and is always in the tanning room. I wanted to upgrade my membership so I asked him and he said HE FORGOT HOW TO DO IT. there were literally homeless people showering inside the gym. Please make sure to check in on your employees. It might cause customers to refrain coming to this gym.

Our family loves Planet Fitness!!! All of us have a membership there...and we sing PF's praises to the masses. We appreciate the employees, the cleanliness, and the overall environment. Our Planet Fitness has been a major factor in my wife losing 54 pounds and me losing 197 pounds over the course of the past 12 months. Y'all Rock!!!

The equipment is nice and the gym is usually clean but this is far and away the most crowded gym I've ever been to. Racks stay busy and often, people will claim multiple machines. Can't really access anything when you'd like to.
