The club is always clean. There's a good variety of equipment and it's rare that anything is out of order. The Black Card offers a great value with all the different products included, such as the massage chairs and tanning. I also travel some for work, and the Black Card allows me to use other Planet Fitness clubs around the country., no questions asked.

This place is great. Im not the type for a busy gym and this place allows for me to pick and choose times where there are not massive amounts of people. It's always clean in the women's locker rooms as well around the equipment. Most of the other gym goers nice enough to wipe off the equipment when they are done using it.My only downside is that when there is no one in the gym you repeatedly have to get up and ask for more tokens for the chair or to have them restart the hydro massager. I have not tried the tanning area yet or the classes. From what I have seen when it comes to personal training given to others it looks as though the trainers are not really into it, not that they are rude just not as motivational as you'd expect.

Love it and no one judges you ever, they made it for beginners and only 10 to 22 dollars a month. The workers are very chill. They offer classes and personal trainers to help you set up a program. Even at it's busiest times the gym is never filled fully. It's also open 24 hours a day, so whenever you feel like going you can. It in general is a great place to work out. Plus a bonus of massage chairs and tanning booths.

Very clean working environment. When you get there you see all types of people working out which boosted my self esteem and they have awesome cool features. The massage chair is definitely one of the most beneficial, and it's cheap!

PF has it all, great fitness equipment, massage chairs and bed, a clean locker rooms with shower, several tanning beds, work out programs, friendly staff and its open 24/7. Cost is anywhere from $10 to $20 depending on the plan. It's not a Gold's gym, but it is nice convenient place to work out at day or night. Highly recommend!

We signed up for a membership online, and went in to the store to pick the items (free shirt, etc..), and we had great service. Went in a couple of days later to use the gym, and the Customer Service was amazing. We have a black card, and I am the guest, and the cashier was able to answer all of my questions. I just felt so comfortable there!!

I am very happy with this gym. While somewhat minimal facilities, the price is great and staff is very helpful and keep the gym clean. I've explored other higher priced gyms in the area and although they might have pools and such, equipment is not as new (rusty and dirty) and not as clean.

As a newbie, I didn't want to spend a fortune on a gym membership that I might end up not using. Planet Fitness was the cheapest option. I don't regret it for a second! Great benefits with the black card.The staff at this location have been so nice! Charles, Alex, and Vanessa are always super nice at the front desk. And the trainer, Koko, is top notch! She is seriously so great! She takes the time to get to know you and what works for you. She is intense, but truly motivates me with every class I go to. She remembered me after one class and even remembered small details about my personal life and asked about them later. She truly is a blessing to this club!

Just moved to area and wanted to transfer my membership to them....in other words make them money. Very rude individuals and always acted like they had something better to do.Comparing to many other Planet Fitness' I have been to, this one is small and cramped. Too much equipment or needs a better layout. Otherwise seems clean.Definitely not changing membership to this facility. I would rather drive farther.
