I love Planet Fitness. I'm 70 years old and feel very comfortable working out. No one pays attention to others.

I though this was a large company. I have been 3 times this week before 10pm and yeah the place is closed. I also have had problems in the past with health code violations. The company is unmanaged and it shows. Will be requesting a full refund.

The new renovations have vastly improved this club. It is very similar to other clubs in the Dallas and Houston areas. And very clean!

My last experience at Planet Fitness was exemplary because of their kind and professional customer service shown towards me. They went above and beyond to help me and encouraged me to enjoy my workout. When leaving I was told to have a great night. That made me feel great!

24/7 access is the most important aspect for any gym. Closing at 7pm for half the week (Fri/Sat/Sun) is VERY inconvenient for members and many have said they plan to switch gyms once another gym in this area truly stays open 24/7.

Edit on 11/29/21Still a dirty place.The showers are backed up and water fills the bottom up to and over the shower ledge.The toilet areas are disgustingThe machines are dirty and the staff is just lazy and standing around.I'm not sure how this place is still in business.Awful showers. . There are 2 that have only cool water, and 1 that has hot water, but the water doesn't drain which is disgusting.In response to the OWNER, it's not my job to make sure your showers aren't gross. That's your job. My job is just to come in and have a good experience.Hopefully you take care of this soon.Thanks so much.

Been a member at PF on Palm Valley for ten years. I'm wondering did they start a new baby sitting service for all the kids that are out of school. They aren't wiping machines, guys holding up machines by playing on their phones, and just like most teens do at home, putting things back in the wrong place if at all. Might be time to switch

I love Planet Fitness for my husband and I. They're clean, always open, very friendly, and you can't beat the price. Oh, and the atmosphere of all different people in different phases of their fitness journey, makes it easy to relax, instead of wondering if someone is watching you.

This place has been under construction for months and is essentially half of a facility.No restrooms No water.. unless you buy it from them. The hours are not 24/7 as advertised and my premium is now 25$/ month.I think it’s fair to be charged half premium since I’m getting half the experience 🤷🏻♂️Do not recommend

This place has the best equipment I have ever seen for a Planet Fitness. You can actually get swole here. It's also very clean and the staff is friendly. Glad it was here while I was working in the area. Good job Planet Fitness in Round Rock Tx. Keep up the good work. Delgado Approved!!!
