Average condition gym. I would say they should rearrange the wall mirror. I can’t see if my form is correct at about 70% of free weight areas.

They keep changing hours at this location without any notice. I come every night and they keep cutting more and more hours away. Just close this location or change it to be the same as the others in the area. The others are 5am-11pm.

Purchased a membership at the end of November. In order to use the Internet you have to be able to sign into the app. Neither management nor corporate has been able to make that happen.Only reason I joined 24 hour fitness is because they have a pool.If I can't use the Internet I can't useUnderwater headphones to swim.What kind of company can't help somebody sign in to their own app? Completely Dissatisfied! A complete waste of my money as I have to go somewhere else To swim anyway.

Staff are friendly, they have lots of equipment, the vibe is chill and everyone just does their own thing. Hot water in showers. If you're in Rosemont, it's a good place to go for a decent workout.However, it could be cleaner (especially the locker rooms and showers, those are pretty gross) and some of the equipment is old and needs to be replaced. They also don't enforce their own mask rule, though about half the people here still wear them which is nice.Overall, very average. Nothing special, but still decent.

Broken equipment which they do not fix for months. Some of it has just been removed and hasn't been replaced for months. Everything here is old and dirty. I don't know why they don't care about their clients.There was even a time where none of the water dispensers were working. Couldn't even drink water.I only go here because it's close to home, but I do not like it when I have to go.

NOT open 24 hours! When will you open this gym back to 24 hours? I was told months ago you will be going back to 24 hours.Planet Fitness is opening up down the street less than a mile away and it will be open 24 hours and cost less.I like your gym so at least extend the current hours for now or something and please do it soon.

I love the fact that the location is not in a shopping center with a supermarket. Off a quiet street with plenty of parking. It’s a smaller facility but still has all the amenities. Best to go off peak hours to fully enjoy. Staff works hard to to keep on top of running the business so a little patience and understanding with them goes along way. Overall a great neighborhood fit.

One of the worst 24 fitness I’ve been to. Not even close to clean. Most machines are rusty.

the manager was chasing me,trying to force me to put a mask on my face, showing me how to do that{sic!!}, infringing on my constitutional and God's given right to breath. I quit, thanks to her and her comrades. Are we in china already?
