Variety of equipment to have a lift day or cardio day. Never have to wait to use a work out station. Best of all, open 24 hours

The aqua class on Tuesday and Thursday’s at 630 with Terry are the greatest. The exercises are fun, helpful and a great for restoring any lost mobility. I can discribe it as Tai Chi in water. Thanks 24 for providing excellent instructors.

This is a rare 24 fitness that has a spa, indoor racket courts, basketball court, and lots of cardio workout. They have the standard gym equipmenta, but I go there mainly for cardio. They have an artificial turf to practice your football drills. The staffs are wonderful. Place looks clean and well kept.

Bathrooms really nasty. Mold and mildew in the showers. Bring your shower flip-flops. Toilets looks like they never get cleaned. Urine is always all over the floor. No paper towels in the bathrooms??? No air circulation in the locker rooms. A/C doesn't work well. Exercise equipment is older and falling apart. It's obvious that the management here doesn't care about this facility. I go because this location (Micron) is convenient for lunchtime workouts. If I had to choose, I'd go to another location. This place is the devil's taint. I have told management about some of the issues but nothing ever changes.

I would give this location another star but in the less than 6 months that I’ve been a member there have been 3 separate instances of people breaking into lockers to steal cars and people breaking into cars. I understand this is not their fault but they have not done anything to prevent it or notify members of the events. It’s careless and makes me wish I had a pass to the other locations.

This place never seems to know what is going on. The manager is never there. There are creepy guys taking pics of the young ladies and the machines are ALWAYS broken. Too many members not enough functioning machines. When I tried to complain about a member and his behavior in the sauna there was no manager around to make them aware. If this place is open 24 hours, you'd think that there would be a manager on site at all times to handle manager stuff. The only reason I bother with this location is because it is the closest to my house.

I Have been going to this location for a little over 4 years now very regularly. The Costco Deal is nice and makes 24 hour fitness bearable. Usually this gym is messy mostly because the average person whom visits here doesn't seem to respect the equipment. there is usually weights left out often which makes me think the equipment is in use. This causes me to change up my routine a little to keep moving which is actually very annoying when I realize that some lazy person cant put their weights away. One thing I always do when I arrive to the gym is stretch out which is usually done in the room with wood floors and mirrors. Over the 4 years I have never had any issues going in to that room to do my stretches in my own corner minding my own business with my music on. whether their was a class going or not I was always able to get my stretches in. my last stretch requires me to be on the slick wood floor to perform it.Today I walked in after a class was ending and another was about to begin. I grabbed my mat and went to my corner to do my stretches. My Stretch's last roughly 11 minutes, about 7 minutes into in the middle of a stretch the class instructor whom reminds me of a female Richard Simmons on her mic was aggressively and plenty loudly enough telling me flat out to get out of her class if I'm not participating. I kinda didn't know I heard her right I'm thinking no freaking way so I took out my ear bud and said are you TELLING ME TO LEAVE, and again on her mic aggressively insisting I LEAVE NOW!I don't really understand why It was such a big deal when I was in my corner in no ones way quietly going through my routine before lifting weights as I have always done in peace. To add this class was actually pretty small, and filled half the floor at best! I use to go to World Gym, and I must say what a difference so much more respect.Needless to say I am pretty upset. I actually went to the Counter to notify the guy at the desk which promised me the manager would contact me which he has not! I just renewed my 2 year less then a month ago, and now all I can do is think how can I get some of my money back! I don't see how I can go back to this gym again after someone talked to me disrespectfully. I'm not okay with that and would definitely have words with that person if I had to see them again. I think I will do my best to get some sort of refund when I can call cooperate office on Monday. If not I will pressure Costco to do something about it this is so unacceptable.I plan to probably go to California family fitness, I bet they would love someone like me with my fitness level and the respect of people and equipment.

Pretty good gym. A little old. Has a sauna, steam room, spa and pool(they are very chlorinated though and irritate the skin). Not really busy here, which is a plus compared to other locations. Parking is fairly close to the building. The music they select is not great. Bring headphones.

It's an okay place, but way overpriced. Many of the machines are often broken and take forever to be repaired. During any time close to a peak time this place will be packed, combined with broken equipment you'll never get through all your work out.Oh year the free-weights area often smells like BO or piss.

the pool is dirty most of the time and has to much chlorine in it. The whole place is dirty including air vent, and black mold in showers. The place is generally run down and it is about time it had a refurbishment I will now travel across town to use another gym
