This club offers everything I need. The staff friendly and professional.

I enjoy the relaxed atmosphere that the members and staff create. There are many long time members that work out at this facility and know many of the other members by name. There is plenty of camaraderie and encouragement to workout yet no pressure from the participants to exceed one's capabilities. The facility is not one big open room which is very nice, especially for the new members that are beginning their exercise journey. The separate exercise areas allow the more self-conscious an area to work out without worrying what they may be doing right or wrong. The staff actually take the time to remember the member's names and always have a smile and warm greeting.

this place is trash always a mess the manger at this location obviously doesn’t know how to run a gym 50 a year service fee when there still broken machines non of the weight are ever put back in the right place no knows proper gym etiquette and I will be canceling my membership today this location is straight trash don’t waste your money here

Neighborhood gym. Don't expect more. Cozy, friendly environment with raquetball courts. Equipment is a bit dated but adequate

20 June 2023 (update)Service and employee engagement has improved over the last 6 months. Generally the place does not have that many clients using the space. While it is small it does not feel too crowded. Seems to be a group or regular daily users that are friendly.I've been in here twice in the last three weeks to sign up. The first time I was told I had to go to a different location (Florin & Freeport) where there was a sales person available. This visit I noticed 3 people hanging out in the little office by the desk. )-:Today I went by again around 4:15pm and there was nobody at the counter or in the office. Two clients came in and waited to be checked in. After 5 min or so they gave up waiting and just went on to workout.I looked around the place a bit. It is a cramped compared to other gyms. Equipment is stuffed into small space. I expect it gets pretty claustrophobic on a busy day.

My fav local gym. It's small but family atmosphere. So glad it has a pool. Needs more classes tho!
