Friendly staff, great deals, super convenient hours, and their workout classes are awesome (nor do they cost extra). 10/10 recommend.

Absolutely love this place. I go here normally towards the night and it great because I have all the equipment I need and the employees are very nice.

A shout out to Areen Labree at the front desk of the Land Park location.Areen is very helpful and friendly and remembers members names!Also, she makes sure the equipment is sanitized often so you can feel very safe training there in these crazy 'Covid' times.

Such an oasis in all this lame year. Very clean, conscientious of the safety and their customers, and comited as you are to your fitness. Staff is very uplifting and motivating you to be the best you.

Only one person was wearing a mask, and no it wasn't the employee at the front. I felt so disgusted, I drenched myself in sanitizer as soon as I could leave. I don't understand why cancellation needs to be in person. Because sending a letter obviously didn't work. I'm so angry of the negligence, I spent a year paying the membership just to avoid going in.... I will never return and never recommend this place

Not the cleanest or customer friendly club in the area. Checked them out and will look elsewhere.One thing that put me off was the owners response to any negative customer comments and reviews:"we're sorry to hear you were dissatisfied.......We hope you find a club that better suits your needs." Basically KMA and go away! Really?

I love this place I really do. Great , friendly staff but I just hate how EVERY TIME Im working out in the aerobics room , i always get interrupted by this trainer to get out. I understand that he’s about to do class but he literally only has like 2-3 people in his class which doesn’t require the WHOLE room. And that’s really annoying which makes me not workout anymore so I just leave.

Great gym. I have always belonged to big chain gyms but must say this gym is has been a great change. They have tons of equipment that most chains don't and it's never crazy crowded like other gyms. Definitely recommend!

My son had a membership that we tried to cancel during Covid. But they would not allow us to do it over the phone. My son changed payment method and it was his mistake that he did not understand how it worked. I went in to cancel the membership and they were not going to let me even though he was 16. They made it so difficult. Despite not using it, they charged me for the month plus a $15 fee to charge it. It took forever and of course, no masks because they are exercising their freedom.They could not print out a receipt, so I had her write it on a Service receipt with day and amount. We just got another charge. I called the manager who told me, "I do not see a request to cancel," even though I had explained what had happened. She made it seem like she was doing me a favor rather than saying, "oops, so sorry, let's fix this." I lost it. I think it is awesome to exercise one's rights and to follow policy, but they made it so difficult to try to stop the membership and were incredibly unprofessional when I called. This is a scam companies do hoping you will not check your monthly statements. Wouldn't it have been great when I first went in to say, We are going to cancel and not charge you for the month because we hope when the weather gets better and you feel more comfortable with the vaccine that you will come back and be our customer. Nope, looked at their bottom line for the month rather than long term.

Finally found the best gym in Sacramento! I have been to many gyms in the area and could not find a gym that offers all that Fitness Systems does. Tons of free weights and every kind of machine. The set up is very well divided with quiet areas for stretching, cardio, and performance training. I cannot believe it took this long to find this place! Staff is super friendly and the gym is really clean, and very affordable with none of the corporate headaches.
