I just joined this gym a few months ago (switching from one of the large downtown chain gyms). This gym has everything the chain gyms have, but without the crowds and waiting for machines. Although it's local, it's pretty huge (2 floors). The staff is friendly and helpful (always!) and it seems to me that the clientele are more friendly here too. Another big plus: no problems finding parking (and having to pay for parking if you lose your parking stub) like downtown. Just a local gym with a free parking lot.
