This place has everything you need. I have been going to a couple of other gyms in the area for the last 5 years, when I decided to try something not so corporate. Turns out I've been wasting my money at the other places. From endless gym equiptment, personal trainers, classes, sauna and tanning there is no reason to go to a pricey hyped up gym. This place is not a meat market, the staff is friendly and the members are here to get it done. I see myself as a long term member.

Friendliest fitness center I've ever been part of and well maintained machines. With two floors of free weights and machines, there are always new opportunities to keep your workout fresh. Add in some stimulating classes as well as skilled and personable trainers, and it has everything I need.

I just joined this gym and I love it! It has every piece of equipment you could want and a great atmosphere! The workers are friendly and supportive, as well as the people who lift here. I am happy that I left a larger chain gym for Fitness Systems!
