The facility is on the smaller side but still has a lot of equipment: lots of ellipticals, recumbent and regular bikes, rowing machines, free weights and much more. The facility is clean and well kept up. The staff is friendly. Also, I can verify it is transgender friendly as I am a trans woman. I've never had problems with anyone there. I do get a few looks here and there, but that's normal. One thing I do like about this facility is they have a separate area for black card holders that has tanning booths, massage chairs and more. It's sound proofed so you don't hear noise from the rest if the facility.

Challenging to complete an upper body weight training session here. Smith machines and benches typically occupied. Its like playing a lottery, once or twice a week I win, but usually they are occupied the entire time. Cardio all day yo!

Location is fine, the employees seem friendly and it's clean. THE PROBLEM IS THE OVERZEALOUS PARKING CLOWN FALSIFYING REASONS TO ISSUE THREATS OF BEING TOWED. HOW THE HELL DO I GET ACCUSED OF A VEHICLE "ABANDONED" IF IM INSIDE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF WHICH IM A CUSTOMER? Not gonna fly dude.

They have waaaay too many elliptical machines and not enough stair masters. Extremely small area to do floor exercises such as HIT, squats or abs. They keep it decently clean though.
