The staff up front are always welcoming, I see them work hard to keep the facility clean and this makes me comfortable coming here. I drive from antelope to visit this location because I know its clean and the staff is very upbeat and polite. I love this location!

the staff was really nice, the facility was really clean, however; I'm a little concerned about safety at night. The location is in a busy part of town and there is not enough lighting in the parking lot. I'm still on the fence about joining since my main use would be nighttime. Otherwise it would be perfect. Hope this helps.

I would have rated it a good 4 stars, but unfortunately the customer service is lacking. I put my account on a freeze, while considering if I wanted to maintain my membership. I live far from this location but I did like it. Before the freeze was over I decided gas is too high so I’d have to cancel. I went in to cancel and was told I wouldn’t be charged for the upcoming month. Turns out that was not true, they charged me anyway and continue to give me the run around for a refund. It’s been a month, still nothing. I’ll be calling every day as I have for almost a week and all I hear is my manager isn’t in today. Horrible customer service! If they built one next door to me I’d still never go back! Sad!

A very unprofessional member specially their manager a lady with a a very bad attitude they stealing money from people’s accounts charging me $40.23 for no reason ,I already cancel my account with them but still they charge me.

Clean roomy nice work out equipment people cleaning machines right after you work out many TV ☺️ surprised that more than I thought people didn't wear face mask!!Wonder why not!!
