Very bad customer service. Due to little talk of staff with my friend, they don’t allow us to go workout anytime which Club charges for 24 hrs. They told us that we have to wait for manager every time to go in workout. Their manager comes at 3 am in morning and stay till noon and it doesn’t work with my schedule. 2 ladies on counter Jen and 1 more are very rude and as soon we enter in they tell us to leave or they’ll call security and escort us out and it’s been like week of this thing going on. Very disappointed. On door it clearly says 24/7 you belong!They don’t treat everybody equally and is very disappointing. While me and friend waiting outside to post this review. They called security on us and security guy is inside watching us. Would definitely contact Planet Fitness Corporate and report it.

Awesome staff!! Plenty of cardio equipment, all day long! But if you want Smith, bench, squats, or cables for anything, you'd better be in the gym between 10pm and 7am. It's pretty difficult to get in a complete workout, even being very flexible about exercise order. You might do all your other exercises for an hour and STILL... all the benches are occupied.

If this is west sac gym they keep this gym clean always somebody walkin round refilling and checking to see if something needs to be done

Not too bad, massage chairs and beds, very clean, rowing machines. All it needs is a pool, jacuzzi and yoga.

Very clean and the staff was awesome at assisting where needed

Over all, grate working out environment they promote "no judgement" I think that's really considerate of them and try and keep their customers comfortable

Staff is friendly and helpful. There locker rooms are clean. There are plenty of machines to use. Big parking lot as well

Our first gym membership and so far it is great.

Its small. But good conditions. Clean. They should have a Microwave in the lobby room. That will be so nice. Good staff

Gym is fine for workout but for the last two days of my visit they have been short on paper towels with only two cleaning station for the whole gym and actually no hand sanitizers for few months now. Staff says management dropped the ball and didn't order supplies. Well theres supplies at the store that management can easily go pick up. Definitely does not meet the "squeaky clean" slogan of planet fitness. Makes me second guess my membership. I actually cancelled my last membership with 24hr fitness because of lack of sanitation and masking during the first wave of covid. Guess with these practice gyms might end up shutting down again if the basic in sanitation isnt even maintained. Im really disappointed planet fitness.
