After a partial hysterectomy (the reason for this was a large myoma) my pelvic organs shifted down. Doctors say that I have a slight shift of the vagina and cervix (but i felt a significant change all over my pelvis after the surgery). I started Lift 2 month ago. I follow the programme and do exercises on a regular basis but i move slowly (i move to the next "week" as i feel ready). I can say that i definetely see a positive change in my pelvis. Now I can walk for a long time without feeling a downward shift (or only slight) in my pelvic organs. The Lift is a very well structured programme, super informative and just interesting to follow. I absolutely belive that it is much better to follow such carefully crafted guidance than doing something on my own. The holistic approach that Dr. Bri offers is the only correct way to heal the pelvic organ disfunction. I also find very important the fact that Dr. Bri built her programme not only as physiotherapist but as somebody with her own prolapse experience. I'm very glad that i find the Dr Bri youtube chanel and joined her Lift programme.

My husband and I have restored our flexibility and strength in our 70s and enjoy the programmes every morning. Dr Bri explains carefully why and how the exercise works and it is all fun. She is not having an ego trip or trying to be a guru!

I'm in the 6th week of Dr Bri's Overcome program and I have felt so much better these past weeks than in the months before that. I am looking forward to pain-free pelvic health as I continue this wonderful program.

I am 65 years old and have all three prolapses-I'd been feeling the cystocele the worst on a daily basis and getting worse. I found DR. Bri through a prolapse FB group. I watched her videos and I also joined to do the free first week. I noticed a difference within that week and was curious and willing to continue because I needed help, and she is a logical and positive and helpful and also likable physical therapist. I have a PT and I knew Dr. Bri's workouts and guidance was spot on with my PT who I trust and adore. I have finished my 5 weeks (I bought the program) and I am in maintenance and Kegel Camp now, I will be happy to do these daily forever because my pelvic floor needs it and I deserve to heal. I am not interested in surgery personally, and anything I can do to prevent that is what I will do. I have improved greatly. I can go all day with barely noticing my prolapse shifting on many days-I have learned a lot of better habits as well, which help so much. I am always looking forward to getting my PFPT done with Dr. Bri everyday. There are many helpful categories she offers-so much information that you can get all in ONE place-very handy. I am looking forward to continuing to improve my situation as the days and months go by.

The amazing Dr Bri is so knowledgeable on pelvic health and also incredibly encouraging. Hearing her story and how she has healed definitely has given me the confidence that I will see an improvement too.The 'lift programme' is amazing and I started it slowly taking around 6 weeks so far. The exercises gradually get more challenging as you progress through the weeks and I like that she encourages you to learn about other techniques such as Hypopressives, meditation and massage(to help with fascia) to compliment and use in your 'tool box'. I now have more awareness of my pelvic floor and can feel it's engagement. My pelvic pain is much improved and I enjoy hips up time every day. I just feel more confident, calm and more informed on what I can do now and look forward to healing and seeing improvement overtime. I can't recommend this programme enough as my own experience of visiting a pelvic health physio wasn't great but I understand services differ greatly in the UK.I already followed Bri on Instagram and YouTube so was familiar with her prolapse videos and knew that she would be able to help me.Thank you Bri 😘
