I could say a lot about Dr. Bri, but I don't think a Google review is the place for everything. This woman gives herself 110% to anyone who asks of her. She has 19 million free YouTube videos that can provide immediate relief to anyone in pain. Her pelvic floor programs - specifically the Overcome Pelvic Pain for Men program for me - are without rival. I can tell you point blank that the OPP for Men program pulled me back from the brink. There may be more structural integrity in my core now (almost done with month 2 of the program) than there ever has been.I mean from my experience as both a weightlifting coach and as someone who has needed physical therapy many times in life, it's just rare to see such high quality for such an affordable price and under the guidance of such a caring coach. Most unique to her as a DPT is her motherly heart. She nurtures, gives generously, and celebrates with those whom she coaches. Her head (her ability to program) and her heart (her ability to care) very honestly separate her from all the rest.I don't think she has an equal in the field of pelvic physical therapy. Don't overlook her.

Happy Birthday, Brianne. I appreciate your life mission to add beauty to the world through helping people improve physical and mental health. I love Crunchless Abs and anything doing with prolapse. They have improved my mental outlook and physical health after a hysterectomy. The added bonus is your BEAUTIFUL SMILE!! Many blessings throughout the year.

Happy birthday, Dr. Bri! About a year ago, I happened upon your "Figure 8" hip circle video on YouTube and as I kept poking around, found a plethora of other fun workout videos and then saw one for prolapse! Wait...what?! As I followed links to your bio, I realized that I needed to pay attention and find out more about what you offered and try to help myself... I've had bladder urgency issues for YEARS and I was diagnosed with both a cystocele and rectocele over 10 years ago, but my gyn doctor didn't give me any information about what these were other than telling me I had three options: surgery, PT, or do nothing of it wasn't bothering me. Well, long story short, I saw a woman's pelvic health PT for a bit and tried to keep up with the exercises, but got discouraged so ended up doing nothing... No one ever really explained or shared pictures or diagrams of what was happening to my body. Then at my gyn check-up last year, the same doc asked if I wanted to see a urogynecologist about my condition...so I did and found out I'm in pretty bad shape and was even fitted for a pessary, but the doc and I decided it wasn't really going to make a huge difference and wasn't worth it. So now I'm trying to locate another PT, and in the meantime have used many of your videos to start strengthening what little pelvic floor muscle I have, including your 30-day Kegel Camp, Elevate, and Lift programs and have started listening to your podcasts. I can tell a difference in my ability to "hold it" until I can make it to the bathroom and I'm determined to improve the severity of my prolapses. Thank you for creating such wonderful resources...I love your authenticity and positivity! You ROCK!! 💃

Dr.Bri is an amazing source of positivity for women who have prolapse. She was one of the first professionals to give me hope when I was newly diagnosed with prolapse. Her workouts are great and she is so knowledgeable.

Dr Bri's videos are so helpful, providing the right information and good instruction to ensure you're getting the form just right. I have been doing her free YouTube videos and am about to start the Lift program because I've already seen a difference in my pelvic health.

Dr Bri has provided me with hope!! It's fantastic to know that she has suffered from prolapse and has recovered to the point that she no longer thinks about it! Her personal experience gives a level of empathy to all her work. I find her videos constructive and nurturing.

I am genuinely grateful for Brianne Grogan’s work in the Elevate course and also Circle Solutions. It feels great to support myself each day by reaching out to her instructional videos. Finding that many motions I am already making in the day can be guided to strengthen the core muscles, is an empowering strength she offers. I immediately notice results in my inner deep muscles every time I do one of her videos. Having a stronger centre increases my balance, makes me more aware of enjoying my femininity, and helps me make better decisions out of that calmness. Her way of communicating is like a massage in itselfLydia

After watching FemFusion Fitness YouTube for exercise and education I knew the Lift course was for me. Guided program that was whole body support to help get me on my way to a supported and healthy pelvic floor. The Lift course taught me how I can think differently and move effectively without upsetting my pelvic floor. Dr Brianne is truly gifted when it comes to demonstrating and explaining and showing how to properly engage and support your body. The Program actually taught me how to use my core, build up strength without strain and most importantly to release and relax and let my body heal and be restored.
