OMG if you have a pelvic floor you need to follow this woman. Inspiring to see other women improve and live normal lives. As funds become available I will be joining her paid program, and in the meantime I follow her podcasts and interviews to learn stuff you can't find anywhere else.

i have followed Brianne Grogan's videos for some time now. my 2 favorites are a slow flow yoga video that I use before bed time. it stretches me out well and leaves me relaxed. I also loved Kegel camp especially during pandemic when we were all locked up. it was a fun thing to look forward to every day and oh so good for you. Happy birthday Brianne!

I use some aspect of Dr. Bri's fitness most days!In the morning I like to do an ab workout; Hips-up is great any time of the day! Strength training is short and sweet but FOCUSED so it's easy to fit it into my day! I love FemFusion Fitness!

Hi Bri and Happy Birthday !I want to thank you for the email you shared regarding Core and pelvic floor for seniors / limited mobility / supine workout back in February of 2020.I have chronic long term head, neck and spine pain form a car accident at 60 m.p.h.. I have had cranial and myofascial P.T. for 32 years. The accident was preceded by an emergency C- section (vertical cut) and I birthed my second daughter post accident a as V-back. Neither were easy pregnancies nor deliveries for very different reasons.That video came a t the right time for me as I was experiencing urgency in my later 50's. I had to break the workout down and start with each movement in isolation as everything pulled on my neck. I persevered and with help of ongoing P.T, improved my pelvic floor, which in turn helped my entire spinal alignment. I am not pain free but I would be worse of without this workout. No P.T. was able to help me, including two who specialized in pelvic floor.I ordered your 30 day boot camp and was able to build my body up for some of the movements - arm involvement is a not an option.I am grateful for you and your your work.
