Dr. Bri is amazing! All of her videos are great. She has helped me so much with my pelvic floor and overall health. I have her book and do most of her exercise videos on YouTube. I always look forward to learning something new from her. ❤❤

I'm 57 years old and for the first time I've found workout videos that I WANT to do!!! I've never stayed with any type of exercise program for more than 6 weeks. I've been doing Dr. Bri's videos 3-4 times a week for 8 months. I have one in particular that I love. It's only 15 minutes but I feel so strong after doing it. I was having trouble with my balance and would fall every so often. I feel so much stronger through my core and am much more secure on my feet now. I hadn't realized how weak I had become. I feel like I'm exercising with a friend when I do Dr. Bri's videos. She's so warm and engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable!!!

FemFusion Fitness is the whole holistic package in a very genuine, real and authentic way. From the knowledgeable, professional and skilled approach from a physiotherapist (Dr. Bri) that specializes in the pelvic floor to the movement and breathing from a yoga teacher (also Dr. Bri) keeping the moves safe and supporting of the pelvic floor to nutrition, exploring and acknowledging stored emotions, and well-rounded self-care and guidance and a feeling of being heard and understood from a life coach (also Dr. Bri). I feel like I am home and my questions, needs and support are met in ways I have been looking for for a long time. I did the Lift Bundle VIP and it was and is so worth it. It gave me direction and hope and guidance I can trust. I am also a coach and I can say from my training that Dr. Bri's coaching is coaching at its best and as it is meant to be. So much gratitude for Dr. Bri and the gift of her work she is putting out into the world.

Dr. Bri has the most amazing approach, so positive, open and of course full of knowledge. I have learned so much from her work, plus her fitness routines are super. After being diagnosed with a uterine prolapse I started doing research and came across Dr. Bri; so grateful I did!!!! This was a gamechanger for me. Dr. Bri, with her knowledge of the pelvic floor, her programs, book, etc. have changed my life! Prolapse itself is scary, lifechanging; but with the right information from the right source can be managed properly and you can continue with life to it's fullest!!! Thanks to Dr. Bri for all you do!!

I found Dr. Bri on You Tube 3-4 years ago when I went searching for information on prolapse and what I might do to prevent surgery. I like that she teaches about complete pelvic health as well as overall health. I know I can always find a good excercise workout on her site that is pelvic floor friendly and within a time frame I can manage. This past January I ended up having the prolapse surgery; so I’ve been following her even more now, as she always reminds me to engage my core and lift my pelvic floor which many other workout programs seem to omit. I’m really grateful she airs her practice on You Tube and makes it so available to women who need help in this personal area. Happy Birthday Dr. Bri wishing you continued health and happiness.

Bri is hardworking, professional, and a shining light for people who are having pelvic health issues. Her positive attitude and outlook are just as important as the exercises she teaches. I found Dr Bri after giving birth to my first chid...and I had a cystocele! That was not supposed to happen! I was despairing- my gynecologist said, yes, you have a bladder prolapse and other than surgery not much can be done. Bri gave me hope for a different recovery. I now have a second child. I have not had surgery. I have hope that I can continue to heal or live with my symptoms and not be defined by them. Thanks Dr Bri!

I LOVE Bri's amazing positive energy. She is truly an expert on all things pelvic floor. Not only has she inspired me to improve my own pelvic health and my overall wellness, but I am also inspired to shift my career into women's health to spread more light on the importance of pelvic health. Thank you Bri for all that you do!!!

So, many years ago after the birth of my 1st child, the advice I got was to do pelvic floor exercises. I pretended to know what that meant, I didn’t have a clue. Roll on quite a number of years later and more children, I found the help I needed from Dr Bri. I started doing the lift programme and honestly I was over the moon, happy and relieved at how I felt. Bri is the gift that keeps on giving. She is so enthusiastic and encouraging and has a wealth of knowledge that she happily shares. Bri has had a positive affect on my life because of the practical and down to earth exercises she teaches, going into lots of details, making sure everything is clear and accessible for everyone who needs it. Thank you Bri, your work is wonderful and so, so helpful

Oh my gosh, where to start?!I LOVE Dr Bri, but not in a weird way!I had a very uncomfortable prolapse in 2020 and because of lockdown could not get any medical help, so I turned to you tube and found FemFushionFitness. It changed my life- I embarked on prolapse safe exercises, learnt how to move safely, what to eat for wellness, I have done the Lift program and am half way through the Elevate program, prior to which I have never meditated.Through the podcasts I have discovered other professionals and gained a wealth of information about my body. She is a positive, inspirational lady and I am grateful everyday for all the content she puts out there, mostly free. Many, many thanks
