I absolutely ๐Ÿ’ฏโ™ฅthe LIFT program. Although I have progressed to week 3 (after 4 months) I find myself going back to week 2 again and again. I feel SO GOOD after these exercises. There a huge difference in my pelvic floor!! This week I'm including the Eric Franklin exercises in my daily routine. Thank you so much for the visuals when you demonstrate/teach. I feel empowered ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿค—

Hi Bri and Happy Birthday !I want to thank you for the email you shared regarding Core and pelvic floor for seniors / limited mobility / supine workout back in February of 2020.I have chronic long term head, neck and spine pain form a car accident at 60 m.p.h.. I have had cranial and myofascial P.T. for 32 years. The accident was preceded by an emergency C- section (vertical cut) and I birthed my second daughter post accident a as V-back. Neither were easy pregnancies nor deliveries for very different reasons.That video came a t the right time for me as I was experiencing urgency in my later 50's. I had to break the workout down and start with each movement in isolation as everything pulled on my neck. I persevered and with help of ongoing P.T, improved my pelvic floor, which in turn helped my entire spinal alignment. I am not pain free but I would be worse of without this workout. No P.T. was able to help me, including two who specialized in pelvic floor.I ordered your 30 day boot camp and was able to build my body up for some of the movements - arm involvement is a not an option.I am grateful for you and your your work.

Brianna has made a huge difference to my quality of life. After having my third baby I had a small prolapse. After doing her relaxation techniques and exercises I have a strong, relaxed pelvic floor and no prolapse. Thank you Briannaโฃ๏ธ

Dr. Bri is amazing! Her instruction and guidance is helpful to people of all levels. Her programs work and are enjoyable! I hear her in my head all the time, "motion is lotion!" "Eat clean, move every day, and you will shine brighter!" "Take a movement brake!" "Zip up your core!" And "Let it go, shake it out!" Haha. She is uplifting physically and mentally. I have struggled with mild diastasis recti, as well as mild prolapse. She's helped me to love myself as I am, and given me capacity to get where I want to be physically. I recommend her to everyone I know. She really is the best!

I discovered your YouTube channel, FemFusion Fitness and Pelvic Health in the summer of 2020 and loved it. I've suffered on and off from prolapse since I was 17. I'm now 48. At first, I got hooked on learning/doing the Figure 8 workout, because I loved it so much and it's fun - it became an everyday routine! I was unfit and desperately needed a shift.. (you'd never see me take the time to go to a gym, though :)Thank you for being my source of inspiration, Dr. Bre! Oh, and one more thing: Happy birthday coming up! :-)

I found Brianne's YouTube channel after having my second baby. I wanted to help heal my pelvic floor and deep core and her movement videos along with her educational interviews and tutorials helped me tremendously! Her teachings are unique and fun!
