I absolutely 💯♥the LIFT program. Although I have progressed to week 3 (after 4 months) I find myself going back to week 2 again and again. I feel SO GOOD after these exercises. There a huge difference in my pelvic floor!! This week I'm including the Eric Franklin exercises in my daily routine. Thank you so much for the visuals when you demonstrate/teach. I feel empowered 😊🤗

Brianne has helped me move through back and shoulder pain with helpful moves that blend just the right amount of strengthening and stretching that leave me feeling better. I found her because of other problems but currently she is my go to for moving through these issues. She is bright, positive and inspiring!

Dr. Bri is amazing! Her instruction and guidance is helpful to people of all levels. Her programs work and are enjoyable! I hear her in my head all the time, "motion is lotion!" "Eat clean, move every day, and you will shine brighter!" "Take a movement brake!" "Zip up your core!" And "Let it go, shake it out!" Haha. She is uplifting physically and mentally. I have struggled with mild diastasis recti, as well as mild prolapse. She's helped me to love myself as I am, and given me capacity to get where I want to be physically. I recommend her to everyone I know. She really is the best!

I discovered your YouTube channel, FemFusion Fitness and Pelvic Health in the summer of 2020 and loved it. I've suffered on and off from prolapse since I was 17. I'm now 48. At first, I got hooked on learning/doing the Figure 8 workout, because I loved it so much and it's fun - it became an everyday routine! I was unfit and desperately needed a shift.. (you'd never see me take the time to go to a gym, though :)Thank you for being my source of inspiration, Dr. Bre! Oh, and one more thing: Happy birthday coming up! :-)

I have watched Dr. Bris YouTube videos on repeat due to all the information she includes in them and how effective the movements/ workouts are & have been for me. I’ve done ABcamp two times now through and the results are real and have me feeling confident for the first time in a while especially in regards to my stomach so thats amazing to experience—In addition to many others videos of hers I’ve done! Her workout videos are not strenuous or hardcore, so you never dread doing them. I can honestly say all of her videos have been really effective and fun. From “how to breathe right, to how to sit right, to how to use the toilet right, to standing with better posture! Her videos are golden! You can tell she truly cares and it’s refreshing ! So I recommend all to her videos and do!
