They canceled my membership when it should’ve been on hold. The Manager Mo Gonzales wouldn’t let me workout when I’ve been working out and lied saying I haven’t been there when other workers have.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I like the fact that I can go at 4:00 in the morning. Mainly because I'm not a people person.

Pros: Inexpensive and yet quality gym. The second tier membership level (Premium) offers a lot like hydro massage and other cool things. Rewards points are offered and for pretty cool stuff too.Cons: no pool. Also, there's not a lot of variation in the classes so that means there are certain classes I never get to attend because they're at times when I work. Sometimes it's a bit crowded, but it mostly affects parking spot availability.

I've been coming here since they first opened and I've never had a poor experience. I had to knock it down a star due to their hours of operation. I work nights and prefer to lift late night.

on Nov 11,2020 a neighbor convinced me to check out this gym she was going to, we went over and took a tour I was in need of help with my circulation of my legs I am disable and have been housebound since suffered an injury in March of 2021 Had to wait for surgery due to covid. I signed up they shut down reopened only on certain days and outdoors not what I needed I finally gave up and canceled my membership I thought but they went on charging me even after I stopped payment on the checking account I never once used the facility and paid from November through march. They have ruined my credit and are claiming I owe them 500 plus for 5 more months When I signed up I made sure that it was month to month because I didn't want to get stuck in a contract. Even though it was impossible for me to use the facility they never contacted me tried to offer me any consideration instead just racked up a bill and turned it into a collection agency. Very Poor business practice. I paid for 6 months.

Today was my first day coming and I was super impressed! Tons of equipment, friendly staff and plenty of space. Can't wait to come back!

I signed up in June, the assistant manager Madison at the time was sure fast to take my money and sign me up for a top membership. Madison, never gave me a tour and never explained the benefits of my membership to me. I called and spoke with Mike, the club manager and he assured me I would be given a tour and anyone could help me out. I go to the gym and was told that a manager would have to give me a tour and I waited for 20 minutes and left. WTH!!Cut to this week, still have not set foot in this gym still and I get an embarrassing email about my membership being past due from Mike the club manager and he included EVERYONE in the email. Now everyone who was past due has my email and me theirs. I get an email from Mike apologizing for the issue. He also stated that my membership was cancelled and I was refunded and that was not the case. They finally cancelled my membership, when I called in TODAY and there was no refund issued. I now have the area manager's information and I had to retain an attorney.

Best gym. Masks are optional. About 25% of people wear them. They're required down the street at Planet Fitness. Clean. Bright. Good Staff.

The staff are super friendly, they always try to make it feel like a second home and always are positive. The equipment are always nice and in good condition. Just over all a really good gym.

I love this place, it has a great balance of machines to freeweights. The staff is awesome, they truly care about all of the patrons. Also there smoothies are out of this world!
