The absolute best if the best when it comes to all fitness needs. I've been a member since 2015 and I won't go anywhere else. And they have the BEST TASTING PROTEIN SHAKE BAR. HANDS DOWN.

Been trying to cancel. The lady who you email was insanely rude. Threatened me with more fees because my payment was late due to having covid and holidays. They deactivated my account, but keep trying to charge my card, won't cancel my membership, and are trying to charge me for additional months. I filed a BBB complaint against them. I've been trying to cancel for over two months now. I feel like I shouldn't have to pay for 3 months when I have been trying to cancel and actively had covid for a couple months. I supported this gym through the pandemic shut down, the least you could do is work with me for being sick and trying to cancel my account. What is wrong with you people. GO TO A DIFFERENT GYM!!!!EDIT: After posting this, they mysteriously re-activated my account. I have the email to prove it. Probably realized it was illegal to try collecting A THIRD month of dues if they took the service away from me.

Love this place. Staff very friendly. Training staff is solid. Tanning beds are amazing. Welcoming environment even for a 47 year old M who's lifting 15-20 lbs because my tricep is jacked. So you'll be stronger than at least one dude. 😂🤣🤗💯❤️ Strongly recommend, also they still honor their reduced cost enrollment because they got ads for it out still. That's a great guest service extension.

I have been a member since they opened. I was told yesterday that the manager would call me today to follow up regarding a billing issue. They didn't. I called them, because I want the problem fixed. I was put on hold "for just a sec," when I called to find out what was going on and I have been waiting on hold for 40 minutes as of me writing this. No body has lifted the phone to say "Sorry, this is taking a while, here's what's going on..." The facility is great, membership options are fantastic but you have an issue good luck getting it fixed. Horrible customer service and unprofessional staff. Hopefully someone will pick up the phone soon. At this point, I'm tempted to cancel my membership and build a home gym.UPDATE: After an hour on hold I hung up and immediately called back. I spoke with someone named Charlie. She was very apologetic and she said she would refund the money that I was charged in error and explained the cause. When the funds are returned to my account, I will update this review.SECOND UPDATE: The error has been fully resolved (it took three days to process, but I suspect that had more to do with my bank than their staff). They made it right and I appreciate them taking the time to do that. I intend to keep my account active as a result, despite the fact that I will be out of state for approximately the next year.

Love the gym and would give it five-stars, but you guys got to do something about people slamming their weights. I don't know if it's just a Summer thing but I don't remember people doing it until recently. It's kinda hard to focus at the gym when every few moments a loud bang echoes through the Keizer or South Salem locations like someone got hurt lifting only to see someone ego walking away from a machine or platform.

I’m extremely impressed with the new manager! I travel regularly and plan to re-visit this gym. Awesome customer service. I’ve been to the other gyms in town and I feel like I’ve settled on one for my weekly trips to Salem.

Physiq sent my wife to a collection agency for 9 months of membership after refusing to let her cancel the membership during covid 19 only to finally lead her to believe she had canceled. There was no communication about unpaid months until we received a Christmas collections letter. Id never give a business money who purposefully makes it difficult to be transparent about membership status and resorts to this level of maliciousness. I am glad the governor has completely gutted your chances of this business financially surviving this pandemic and look forward to seeing your bankruptcy. Merry Christmas you absolute trashcan of a business owner.

I have never been enrolled at this fitness center but I feel the need to share what my fiancé went through with this place. In our opinion, this place is just filled with incompetent scammers and here is my reasoning. My fiancé went for the fourth time to cancel his subscription today. The first attempt was over the phone and through email and they made it seem super easy..but then he got charged again so he called directly to the front desk and asked why he's still getting charged then the girl at the front desk was saying that you basically have to put in a 2 weeks notice since there is a 14 day grace period from the day you cancel and you also have to come in to sign off on canceling. So the next day he went in and talked to the manager on duty and the manager even seemed like he didn't really know what their policy was and he then told us there was nothing to sign and that its actually a 30 day grace period so we asked to read that from the contract and thats what it said so we went on our way and asked to just cancel it for good and we'll honor the contract that we signed. But of course that wasn't all because my fiancés app still said he had an upcoming charge next month so he went in AGAIN then when he thought he had everything finally sorted out he asked them to email him proof of cancelation then they of course sent him his cancelation form from the Albany location to try to pull one more trick I guess so he had to get that sorted and now his app says he has an upcoming payment in 2 months instead on 1 month and all the guy who was working the front desk today had to say was "oh, well if we do charge you again we'll just refund it"..so he is now going to his bank to ask them to deny any charges that this gym tries to make on his account and it just really shouldn't have escalated to this and no one should have to go through this over a gym.Edit: Just a heads up, you do actually have to sign off on canceling so that means the manager on duty that day lied to us.

I will give the gym one star because I did like the movie theater gym and they had a good variety of classes, however let's talk about trying to cancel their membership. They were the only gym in the area that continued to charge dues during the Covid shutdown while others granted holds. I initially didn't mind paying dues for several months as I was empathetic to a small business, but then when I went to cancel it was a nightmare. I got automated emails, told to go in to the gym in person when they were closed,. I got told that simply no one is available to assist as their offices were closed...etc. I started cancelling via the website in May. Charges continued. Skip to September and I cancel again via email this time and it was a hot mess, but I felt confident it was resolved. The charges continued !!!! I filed a dispute with my bank at this point in time. I was credited back November's fees, but not the other 2 months. Then they randomly deducted $2.25 in Feb, but then put it back in? Long story short avoid this business if you can !!! Also many other people in the community have had this same issue !!!

Received very poor customer service by rude employees when trying to fill out the paperwork to join. After the employee rolled his eyes at me when I asked him a question I said, “I decided not to join cause of the poor attitude and service you’ve given me.” He just laughed and said “ I don’t care.” I own my own business and if any of my employees chased away paying clients with that attitude they would be in the unemployment line. Find another gym or just work out at home.
