Good Gym, the management cares about the way things look and are kept up. Regular updates to decor and style of the gym. Place has a great movie theater/cardio room and staff are friendly and helpful. Really, for the price, what more could you want?

Here's how it went for me. I canceled my membership before my year membership contract was over. [$60] Charge for canceling early. Later that day they charged me for another month [$21.95] after I canceled and payed. It's not about the money to me, It's the blatant theft that was committed on my debt card, since they had my debt card account information. I called them and basically was told that it is their policy to charge someone another month after canceling there membership. I would call this a case of "We have ripped you off fair and square, so quit sniveling about it". There was no convincing her that doing that is very much like credit card theft. This is a warning to all that do business with this place. Their integrity level is very low if any...

Not the best gym I've ever joined, but pretty good for the price.ProsGood variety of equipment all in good condition.Love the movie area. Use it almost every visit.ConsSeems super busy no matter what day or time I go. Mostly get to use my preferred equipment with some wait time.Most staff are nice, but you will encounter the occasional employee who seems like they don't want to help you.

Great budget-friendly gym with good childcare. The staff are all super nice and the environment is positive and friendly. They usually aren’t too busy and they have all the equipment I need, including tanning at an affordable price. I feel comfortable letting my kids hang out with Jessica or Zach in the daycare, they know my kids by name and go out of their way to make them feel comfortable. I’m moving, but the thing I will miss the most about Salem is Physiq!

Good clean environment. Lots of equipment that cater to everyone whether you want free weights, machines or just want to do some cardio. The staff are friendly and my son loves the childcare; he always has a blast.

I enjoy the classes and instructors. They make it fun! And the fact that they have a lot of machines to choose from to work on is great. The movie room is awesome! The people at the front desk are very friendly and always greet me when I walk in and leave.

If you want a good workout with good equipment then this is the gym. I went in for the first time on a Wednesday night and was introduced to some new up to date machines and a very modern locker room. Max gave me a nice informative tour and schooled me on the new equipment. Kudos for having 2 Rowing machines. They really provide an Excellent cardio and strength workout. I see myself working out here as long as I'm living in Salem.

I love coming here. The staff are always nice and professional, the gym is clean, and they seem to always be making upgrades to make the members feel as if we matter. Being someone that worked in the gym industry for over a decade, I know the importance of this. I truly enjoy it and am proud to be a member here.

Love the staff!They're always super friendly and acknowledge my children and myself when we arrive, certain employees notice when we haven't been in and that kind of customer service is so valuable. The daycare is always accountable and friendly, never feel uneasy leaving my children with employees. I use tanning and cardio equipment regularly, hardly have to wait for the next machine of choice. It is a little crowded now with all the new equipment and remodeling but the atmosphere is very outgoing and comfortable. Great gym, have been a member for about a year and am happy.

This gym is continually super clean, busy but not packed (I've never had to wait to use cardio machines), showers are always hot, and locker rooms are very nice. I pay for the q-fit membership so I can work out near work and home, the free hydro massage & is a huge perk.
