A great gym! It's got the standard stuff with a some nice extras: smoothie bar, classes, a dark movie theater room, locker room, tanning bed/aqua massage, etc. I really like the machines they have here. The gym is clean, well managed, and inviting.

Clean, friendly gym. I only go to the classes and they are never too crowded, High Fitness with Nicole Wilder is a BLAST! The more people, the more fun it is in my opinion. The staff is so friendly and helpful, I always feel excited and ready to exercise when I walk though those glass doors.

I have been going to this gym for about 2 years and I am looking for a new gym because they don't have enough open hours or daycare hours. They do not greet me at the door or make me feel welcomed. The stair steppers are the most popular machines and there is only 3. They used to have four but it broke and they got rid of it.The only pro is the price.

First I picked this gym when I moved to south Salem. I bought 6 memberships 2 of the 20 dollar ones for me and my wife and 4 of the others for her younger siblings. So $80 a month didn't seem unreasonable. Well as the old saying goes you get what you pay for:I had problems right from the get go when trying to power lift I was informed I made to much noise and I wasn't allowed to use liquid chalk which I bought because they told me I could when I signed up(makes less of a mess).The gym is packed at almost all hours so I had to forget about any written routine and try and work around what others were doing.On Saturdays they literally place caution tape around any area of the gym they want their "more exclusive" members to use. I really don't understand this because I paid to use that equipment the same as they did... What is more frustrating is I then tried using the room they normally use and was told I wasn't allowed in their. Frustrating... Very very frustrating.Their staff seems more interested in flirting with one another than actually doing anything. I have heard this particularly annoying girl complaining about various customers as I waited for my wife to get out of the showers. My entire career is centered around teaching others to provide good customers service and to see this go unaddressed in front of management boils my blood.When I cancelled my membership I was told because I had to give 30 day notice I would be billed again. I really didn't understand this and I expressed my frustration and wrote in my comments(all listed above) on the cancellation form. The girl behind the counter didn't seem to care: no empathy, no solutions nothing. I was only cancelling my membership but I suppose Ill cancel an additional 5.Lastly any company that emails members to rate them #1 in the Willamette valley multiple times has a serious ego problem. You are literally soliciting people on their personal devices during their time to improve your ranking. The lack of authenticity amazes me.I would encourage most to find a different gym even if its $15 more a month you will be in an environment that is conducive to you making progress.

Great price for lower membership, $10 a month when I received it. Access to all gym equipment. They have higher up memberships that offer tanning, locker room, lockers, classes, private training and more. The place is clean, the staff is friendly. I always receive great service. People seem to be there to work out and not to stand and look at other which is good!

Well equipped gym. Great staff. Tasty smoothies. Tanning bed. Clean. $10 or $20 a month. 5 stars! It does get crowded so I hope they move to a bigger location someday!UPDATE 10.26.2016.Wish I didn't move far to where I had to cancel my membership. The staff is so awesome and real and appreciate them!!

Physiq is the first gym I joined and I'd never go anywhere else. The gym is always kept extremely clean and the staff if amazing! Sure, it gets busy during peak hours, but that is simply a testament to how well loved the facility is. I definitely recommend Physiq to all my friends and family as it is an incredible value!

I've been a member since this location opened. The equipment is relatively new, but most machines have screws loose. I find myself hand tightening them before I lift so they don't come all the way out. This is pretty annoying. They need better maintenance on their equipment. I usually workout first thing in the morning. Even around 530am the free weights can get very crowded and I need to wait for an open bench. Probably my biggest frustration is that there is no water bottle fill station. I, like most people, drink a lot of water when I exercise. It really bothers me that I need to hold my water bottle sideways under the drinking fountain while it slowly fills my bottle. It seems like a petty complaint, but for an organization built around personal fitness, they should make it easier to drink water.The price is low, but you get what you pay for. I'll be going back to the courthouse very soon.

Awesome gym! Love lifting here with awesome equipment, love working here with an even better staff. Great members, awesome classes. Can't say enough good things about it. Must stop and check it out if you're in the area!

Fantastic place! It is a beautiful, airy facility with a great staff. The machines and weights one needs are all there, and enough of them to not have to wait. And they have a cinema room, where you can watch a movie on a giant screen as you work out!!The locker rooms are super clean, and actually luxurious! And a great smoothie bar to reward oneself at the end.My wife will be joining me soon because they have child care starting early in the morning. Really enjoy working out here!~ Abram
