Amazing gym with great staff! This gym really shines when it comes to cleanliness and customer service! They strive to truly create the best experience for all their members! The gym itself is clean and full of great equipment that can be tailored to anyone’s needs and goals.

Visiting from out of town and stopped in for a workout! Lots of amenities with helpful and friendly staff. The club has a great vibe! Even our kids enjoyed the child area! Would recommend to locals.

Last time I checked they had 34 complaints against them at the Better Business Bureau, most involving billing and overcharging. They will always take an additional month fee, even if you haven't gone in months. When I came in to quit they made me come back the next day. Then they told me they would charge an additional month. Then a couple of months later they emailed me I was overdue and said they hadn't been able to cancel me membership because I hadn't paid my last month. But that was because they hadn't updated my credit card info when I went in to quit. Then they said they would waive all but the last month, as if they were doing me a favor. They rely on shaming and inconveniencing people to keep them paying. Their business model relies on charging lots of members who don't come in, to pay for the equipment for the fraction of members who do come in. They don't care about you, you fitness goals, or your health goals, only your money. Oh and then also are very quick to set collections on you and ruin your credit rating, and will threaten you with that. Megan threatened me with that. You can read about that happening to other people on the Better Business Bureau website.

Mo the general manager at south salem is as unprofessional as it gets. I was a 5 year member and just cancelled over him. The manager before him was great, it's gone downhill since mo started. I'll gladly pay more and go to flex and not stand around waiting for a machine.

They will charge a membership fee while the account is frozen. They will continue to charge your card two months after making you go into the branch and sign cancelation paperwork. Which I was then told I never did, when in reality, worker canceled child care that I didn't even have. They need proper employ training and need better record keeping.
