Terrible scam. Fees not disclosed, told one thing and charged another. The whole place is a scam. Not worth it at all. Do yourself a favor and sign up for a reputable gym where you know what your getting and what your actually paying for. Place is run by a bunch of “ten” year old millennials who think they know everything. One lie after another. No courtesy or respect for customers, deceptive business practices.Run far away from this place!Response to the response:Sorry to inform but we did speak to the manager. His name is Ian, could care less.His reply was “if you don’t like it too bad...I’ll just freeze your account and still charge you anyway” so obviously this is how customers get treated on a daily basis.They don’t care and customers don’t matter. Customer service is not a priority here.It’s unfortunate that plant fitness endorses such terrible business practices. Unfortunately and ultimately the customer suffers as a result and will never do business again with your company. Thank you

Went as a guest. On the smaller side but convenient location.Hate talking to front desk girl while she cant look up from her phone however.They do get a star for having purple tootie friooties tho.

Selection of devices is good. Noisy, dirty, majority of attendees do not clean after themselves, a lot of them loudly talking to their shitsmartphones, the staff generally does not care about anything

Dozens of elliptical machines. Stationery bikes and treadmills. Perfect gym for cardio workouts. Some weight machines are very good. Some free weights. It gets real busy between 5pm-7pm. Very friendly staff... For $10/month it is a very good deal.

Broken equipment. Only noticed one in 20 people wipe down equipment after use. EVERY barrel was full. Floor in massage room was sticky. Massage chair they had me use was more than half broken. I have been to several in the past month and this is the only one I will never come back to. Sad it can’t keep up standards like the others.

This is a better branch of Planet Fitness. The equipment is updated. There are many machines. It is clean and it's open 24/7. As a black card without my card handy, they used the bar code and didn't give me any trouble getting in.

I go with my sister and I have to say it is pretty run down.Lots of the equipment are out of order. Especially in the 30 minute work out room.So many people do not wipe the equipment down after they work out (gross)I have yet found a bike were I can plug in my head phones that actually works with the tv! Same for closed caption!!

I purchased a Black card many years ago since I travel frequently. I decided to try this location. Upon my arrival I was not greeted. The individual behind the desk was more interested in his phone then paying attention. I presented my card to be scanned. The employee pointed to the scanner only a few inches from his elbow. I assumed he want me to reach over all of the clutter on the desk to scan my self in since he went right back to his phone.My workout was fine I had no issues with the equipment.After my workout I went to shower. The shower area was dark and in need of repair. The first shower stall had a broken handle that I scratch myself on and the second one took about 10 minutes to actually get hot water.Luckily there are other PFs that I can visit while I'm in the area.

Best gym...manager Dylan is awesome and staff are friendly and encouragingNo reason to go anywhere else Planet Fitness Salem is really the best

This gym has a huge variety of machines and has different rooms for stretching, massages and tanning. The staff is really friendly
