Covid hours have been crazy and I understand that. But right now locations are open until 9:30. I went to the door at the Salem location at 9 to tan quick. The doors were locked and the employees just looked at me.I pay for this gym because I can go whenever. I'm okay with hours being limited right now. But don't lock the door early when I rushed over to get here. It sends a message of "I don't want anymore people in here" (I've done it at places I've worked when I was younger)Thanks 😑

Darlene at the front desk during the week is amazing. Always friendly and very helpful no matter what it is you may need. Very knowledgeable and polite each and every time I come whether to tan or work out. Always warm and welcoming.

Went there for first time, very disappointed on how equipment is not being oiled to the point of not being able to lift the seated leg press, touched the bars inside and yes it was dry, I saw I wasn’t the only one,I notice another lady even brought two staff members to the same machine I had trouble with, but they just ignored her do nothing. one staff left and the other one just went to sitting on top of the front desk giving the back to the members.And let’s not talk about the dirt on equipment you can write your name on it.

Be cautious with the memberships canceling is almost impossible and you still get charged after you do just don't like the way they do business and no one will answer when you try to ask questions or contact anyone no one seems to know anything they don't know what to do about it LOL

I love planet fitness, I love every leg machine but we need more machines for gluteo please.

Staff and gym members are following the social distance guidelines. Staff doing a great job.

Always use this facility. Usually no wait for machines. Questions are answered by a knowledgeable staff or they will find an answer for you.

I saw them cleaning the machines and all the stations were full. They still get overwhelmed during peak hours, though.

All the renovations are worth nothing if no one is enforcing the rules.Noticed a person on treadmill with mask under chin and notified the desk person.Took 10 minutes to talk to the offender and 30 seconds after the guy just pulled his mask down below his chin again.Way to go PF!!

Classic planet fitness. Pretty good options and good staff.Some of the equipment needs a deep cleaning though! The nooks and crannies are getting very gross!
