It is a really good place even in Covid-19 the place is well maintained everyone cleans their equipments after each workout. Trainers are really nice so are the customers service. They had a big outdoor area but they removed it I think if they bring it back it would be better as there will be a bigger place.

I like It everyone minds there own business. Haven't tried the classes yet but they look fun. I hate parking tho it's always packed. I park in the back forget looking. Waste more time looking for parking then working out.

I've been a member since the 23rd of April. I absolutely love the gym. Staff is always friendly, equipment is always clean. However upon arriving today a staff by the name of Deshaun or Shaun (couldn't really hear him when I spoke to him over the loud music) raised his voice and told us "Ma'am put you mask on" (he was speaking to my mother) I told him my mom had just forgotten to put on her mask on. I was a little bothered by his approach. The way he said it and his tone of voice seemed a little rude even made a few members turn their heads. Regardless we complied and brushed it off and continued walking towards the treadmills, I didn't even have a chance to start my workout before he came up to us again. This time he came up to us and said "I don't mean to be on you guys but our policy doesn't allow members to have bags near or on the equipment during workouts." Again his tone seemed very annoyed. I told him that it was fine and if he can help me put our bags in the lockers. After my mother and I finished using the treadmills we headed over to the StairMaster. 5 minutes into my workout I noticed a young lady on the treadmill in front of me place her sweater and bag on the treadmill next to her and Shaun/Deshaun walked right passed her and didn't say a single thing to her. Also while using the StairMaster another staff who was cleaning the equipment decided it would be okay to clean the equipment I was currently using. I felt very uncomfortable and worried about my safety and as well as hers being so close to the moving parts of the stairmaster. Overall I didn't enjoy my workout today and was very anxious and felt targeted. @Chuzefitness Please Train your current and future employees to work more on their customer service skills.

Absolutely love it here. Staff is always friendly, very welcoming, and helpful. Best gym I have ever been to. Environment is great too plus plenty of machines and space.

I used to go to EŌS in Redlands because it’s a lot closer to me, but now I make the drive out here because it’s a much better experience. Better customer service and equipment and classes! The assistant manager, I think his name is Jerry, is always willing to help me out when I don’t understand class times or how membership costs work etc. super patient and helpful. I recommend!

Always see someone cleaning which is a big plus during covid, always get a hi walking in and a bye walking out. The machines are fairly new and working majority of the time. Overall best gym around, the facility in Rialto should take notes.

This is a good size gym that has an indoor and outdoor area. It has everything you need including a juice bar and tanning room. It’s a clean gym and the equipment is in good shape. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking to get started with their low prices.

Its pretty cool here, they're pretty much safe as far as sanitizing everything, they're free weight, and machine weights there. Hours are 6 am to 8 pm, the crew there pretty much enforces the mask on at all times . And they have indoor and outdoor. Pretty spacious. I think there's 3 plans they offer, one for 15, another for 25, and another for 50 bucks. The difference is whether or not you put the annual fee down along side the purchase .

Just like being back at the gym. Great membership deals. You have to book your time to come in due to covid guidelines, but overall great 👍👌😄place …

Just applied for a membership. In my opinion, so far what I see during this pandemic is that the staff cleans every equipment after someone is done using. The people who go to this gym wear their mask all the time. Seems like a Friendly and nice place, at least this location (San Bernardino).The staff seems very nice and notices everyone who comes in and out of the gym. The price isn’t bad for all the resources they have. Would highly recommend for someone looking for a gym that has everything. (After two months, my review is the same but gave a rating from 3 to 5 because I highly would recommend this gym for great service) okay bye!
