Great place ,gym ,suana, steam room that guest keep breaking because they don't follow the rules, movie theater and massage beds I love it here . I pay 40.00 a month for everything I think it's worth it, not to mention if you feel hungry you have healthy shakes you can order , and the friendly staff makes it even better . You also get incentives for coming , points that add up to get stuff you can save up and get bigger items like a heart monitor , apple products etc. I love the classes zumba and hip hop classes are 6:30 pm are the best , than you have team training for strength training more of an advance classes for certain memberships

I’ve been to many different Chuze locations but San Bernardino has the best employees by far. I was at the gym the other day and I accidentally spilled A LOT of my water on the floor. I immediately went to the front desk to tell a team member and they helped me out right away. I was very upset with myself for causing this big mess and having someone else clean it up for me. I offered to help but Shamari Harbin ( shift leader ) smiled at me and reminded me that accidents happen. Shamari made me feel better about the situation, so much that I thought about her act of kindness for the rest of the day. She didn’t even have to think about it, she was just so naturally kind that it stuck with me. Chuze is lucky to have an employee like Shamari Harbin, she is amazing !! I would definitely recommend this gym if you’re looking for staff that has great customer service.

I would say this gym is pretty solid if you’re looking for somewhere to work out doesn’t compared to a 24 hour fitness, but it’s well worth the price! Me and my wife love to come here it’s an amazing gym.

I love the circuit training that is located right when you walk in the door! If you are new to working out and/or you don't know what to work out the training circuit is for you! There is a timer for your convenience and you move from one machine to the next💪 Did I mention the hydro message? I have never gotten a message like the hydro message. It is the best way to end your day at Chuze. I promise you will not be disappointed.🌟❤️

Great experience, not the meat market kinda thing... Good assortment of machines and free weights, Awesome IR sauna, pool & massage chairs to wrap up a good work out. Personally I go 5+ times a week and really look forward to going every time.

they defamed my daughterthey humiliated herand discriminatethey always look for a way to get my daughter out of the kids clubthese people are not trained to take care of all the childrenI'm talking about the manager of the kids club and some of her employees,by the way, the manager of kids club AM did not have the courage to explain the situation to me and yes she was present, she did not even look at my face, she had no better job to do, rather than humiliate a 4-year-old girl, and without evidence, it should be noted that the problem It was only with my daughter, and it should be noted that we are Latinas and very humble people, I suppose they take advantage of that,I speak from my own experience in recent weeks, and the rest of the gym all very well, the rest of the staff always friendly. this happened today, thursday may 26. i will formally file my complaint with the rest of the staff, and this public complaint is to warn other parents. if you do not find details of the exact reason why they took my daughter out, it is because I do not want to expose her, although they falsely accused her of something related to personal hygiene, and my girl began to cry in front of the employees and the rest of the children, and the supposed manager who did not face me, kept away the other children who tried to talk and play with my daughter.That is why I say that we have been defamed, humiliated and discriminated against.

As was the case when I traveled in October and used a guest pass in the Denver area, I bought a guest pass twice in the last week while visiting family in San Bernardino. My initial call to the facility was professionally handled, the front desk employee was over the top pleasant and my experience at check in was really very welcoming and efficient. The facility is very clean, the equipment all nicely maintained. I’ll be back(sadly, not as a member) every time I’m out in CA!

Overall it is a good value for a gym. The area is large, it's kept clean with plenty of amenities and the staff are helpful. Unfortunately the no bag policy was a deal breaker for me as you will have to either walk back and forth grabbing your personal gym equipment or having to carry all your items on hand.

decided to try this location and man rancho is far superior. Craziest thing is this gym doesn't carry soap in the showers like every gym I've ever been to. other then that it's mediocre. nothing crazy about it but nothing too bad.
