Chuze Fitness

I've never had any interaction with the workers and I'm sure most of them are fine. First interaction left a very sour taste in my mouth! The bike screens are usually not working, it's a cheap, but clean gym, so no complains regarding that. Today in the middle of my warm up, the repair guy asked me to switch to another bike so that he could fix it, but then said I could finish my workout. He came back a minute later and said the machine was broken and that I had to get off of it. I said okay. Literally a minute or 2 later another employee (short Mexican) marched up to me like she was trying to start an argument and told me to get off the bike so that the batteries for the screen could be fixed. I told her I was wrapping up and will get off soon, she repeated her line and I repeated mine. She backed off and left. This could've easily been handled so much better, e.g. put a sign on the bike so that it won't be used, or ask me POLITELY to get off in a certain amt of time so that the screen could be fixed.I don't need an attitude from an employee when I'm trying to workout, the screens were broken for a while and this was clearly not an emergency. If you've ever used a stationary bike, you know it always has to be adjusted to your size, it's not like just hopping on another treadmill.

Great place to workout! They have all the equipment necessary for any type of workout. The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly and I love the way they motivate you.Their equipment is top of the line and it is awesome to be able to work out in their theater. I also love the saunas and the massage chairs. Haven't taken the opportunity yet to use the tanning booth but I'm sure it's great as well! Thanks Chuze!

I LOVE this place but do not like that they have not brought back the Aquafit evening classes. One day a week in the mornings is not cutting it. Most of my friends can't come to a class at 9:00 am once a week, they have to work. BRING BACK AQUAFIT EVENING CLASSES!!! Other than that I love this Gym, it is clean and the staff is SUPER friendly!

One issue only one freaking issue. It's not 24 hours. That is is ONLY downside to this Chuze Fitness. The machines are always ready for use,the bathroom and showers are always clean (you can smell the clean) lol. The staff are all polite, friendly always smiling and their smoothies are awesome sauce. You know a place rocks if you still can give up an easy five stars even with that one negative

Chuze is extremely clean, so far everyone there is courteous and cleans up after themselves. Plenty of machines available and I love their smoothie bar. I only wish they were open 24 hours but that would have to be my only complaint. I can't imagine switching gyms

I love Chuze Fitness but especially this location. I've been a member since 2014 after having my fourth child. I love the smiles when walking in, they remember your name before you even check in, it's clean & the classes are awesome. Team training & body pump are my favorite classes.

Very clean, inviting, and encouraging to those just starting out. I would give 5 stars but the music is always too loud and there is some kind of interference with Bluetooth that causes my wireless headphones to constantly cut out.

It's awesome having some part of normal life back. Their gym is clean and has alot of equipment to cover any workout you want to do. (If I had to pick one thing it would be not enough row machines lol). I will definitely be making this place part of my normal routine from now on.

One of the best cleanest Gyms I've been too.Alicia at the front desk made me feel so welcome she was so supportive and friendly :)
