Fitness4ward is a community of people who genuinely want to improve on themselves and are encouraging of everyone else’s journey there. I went in not knowing much about strength training so, naturally I was a little shy at first but it really just took two weeks of going everyday for me to get comfortable in that space and then I couldn’t stop going. It was the part of my day that I looked forward to because it made me feel great physically and mentally. Also, all I had to do was show up. The workouts were always different. Each day focused on different body parts and each week focused on a different method. Whether it was maxing out on your weights, focusing on form, etc. You never hit a plateau. Jon and Josh are amazing coaches. They both pay attention to each person’s strengths and weaknesses and are able to push them based off that. They also know when you are slacking so don’t think you’ll be able to get away with that. You’ll thank them later tho :) They’re also very understanding. Life sometimes happens and when it does get tough, they’re there to encourage you to get back up and keep going. My experience there was seriously the best. Unfortunately, I moved so I stopped going but I miss it and now have a hard time finding a gym as good as Fitness4ward.

In just a few weeks/months of working with Fitness4ward and their wonderful team, I have seen a tremendous improvement in my overall health, fitness and physique! I had lower back pain before joining these guys, but I noticed it all go away and my back getting stronger! After years of struggling to commit to exercise, Fitness4ward delivered exactly what I was missing: a daily structure and technical know-how, both of which are backed up by a community (or should I say, family!) of like-minded individuals who are an excellent source of motivation, accountability, and companionship. I am amazed how the group training sessions always feel fresh and fun, yet they remain carefully constructed to target different muscle groups. Jon and Josh know their stuff, and they go out of their way to make sure that exercises are performed correctly. This is important not only to maximize strength gains, but to prevent injury.From my time working out here, I've transformed my body significantly by both losing fat and gaining muscle. Fitness4ward is the BEST GYM I’ve ever trained at. I joined them in March-April 2022. Jon does an awesome job at coaching. He taught me the right techniques to lift and also guided me for proper nutrition. I have gotten amazing results and have seen myself improving a whole lot. The gym has gotten me addicted to working out and helped me make training a lifestyle. Love the awesome community! They always help you stay accountable and motivated. To anyone out there, looking for an awesome place to train, Fitness4ward is the perfect place!!!
