I joined Fitness4ward a year ago and have lost 23 pounds. My goal was to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight and I have surpassed that because of this amazing gym. My new goal is to be in the best shape of my life and I know I can achieve that here. Jon, the head coach and owner has great energy and is very passionate at what he does. He will be your biggest supporter and you will see results as long as you are willing to put in the work. I like that he teaches you proper form and technique so that you are doing each strength training exercise correctly. Thank you Fitness4ward for helping me get stronger and fitter! My only regret is that I didn’t join sooner. Sign me up for that lifetime membership!!!

Fitness4Ward has been a game changer. I've always been active and i thought i was in good shape but I couldn't get to the next level on my own. Fitness4ward has been the most recent experience in my fitness journey. I had previously done some weightlifting and cardio training at what I thought was high intensity. But I was not seeing the results I wanted. The training, coaching, and nutrition at fitness4ward took everything to a level I never thought was possible. This gym is great for people at all levels and will help to improve all aspects of your training.I have accomplished things at fitness4ward I thought were out of my ability or I did not have the genetics for. They showed me with proper training I can reach all my goals. I was able to get a six pack for the first time with their shred program and I am getting stronger every day.

This gym is never boring! Not only are Coaches Jon and Josh very engaged with the group trainings, the PEOPLE are supportive and become near family. So many come and stay! I've been a member of this gym for more than 10 years because I know that I can't get the workout I need on my own. The class structure is great and form is demonstrated for each exercise. Always. The overall plan for the week and its purpose is always explained. Jon and Josh are great instructors and motivators and will make sure you are not using too much weight for your level, and will correct your form. You don't get that on your own. Love this place.

The best workout I haven't had in a looong time. I love the combination of the strength and conditioning. Jon was very friendly when I walked into my first class. The entire room was open to newcomers and very motivated. The trainer Joshua was professional, and knowledgeable and adjusted to what I was comfortable with but pushed my limits. Highly recommend this gym if you're looking for an awesome workout.

The best gym ever ! If you want results Fitness4ward is for you 💪I felt inspired and motivated by Jon & Josh every session ! I saw significant results with my body and strength everyday, something I never experienced while going to other gyms like 24h. Not only was I loosing fat but I was also getting stronger !Fitness4ward has multiple sessions every day so whenever I couldn’t make it in the mornings I was able to make it to one of the other sessions later that same day, which is perfect if you have a more fluid schedule.Not only did I feel better physically and mentally but I was also able to meet other people that wanted to become stronger and healthier too.By going to this gym I was able to incorporate exercise into my lifestyle which made me healthier and happier ! ☺️If I could give Fitness4ward 10 stars I would haha 10/10 💪🙏🏼

This has been the BEST decision Ive made for myself since moving back to San Diego this summer. I work at a desk for 12 hours straight, which leaves me tired and stressed at the end of the day. But when I started getting up early to go to the 6am class at Fitness4ward, I’ve experienced an improvement in my energy, mental health, and physical health. No matter how tired i am, the feeling i get after finishing a class here is the BEST feeling of the day for me.The instructors Jon and Josh push you hard, they keep class fun and challenging, and they help you understand proper form. They’re a huge reason why I love coming to this gym.I love the combination of strength training and conditioning we do. I also love the variety of workouts we do. Class is never boring!

So glad I found Fitness4ward, a hidden gem in the San Diego gym scene. The trainers Jon and Josh are actually care about their members and hold us accountable not just to show up but also give 100%I think the diversity of their clientele speaks volumes because they have a wide range of ages and fitness levels and offer accomodations according to where you are at. The community they've created is really awesome, they are friendly and welcoming to all. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a great workout and cool people to workout with.
