Neighborhood 24 hr gym though not literally a 24 hr gym. Since renovation bathrooms are cleaner and facilities are cleaner as well. Some new equipment here and there but overall the same 24 as before. Could use more equipment with the popular machines as this places gets too crowded often. Also not a knock on the gym itself but the crowd that comes here don't have the best gym etiquette so expect a hard time finding weights.

If I could give this place a zero I would this guy at the front desk (Jay A is his name. )gave me attitude to me and my friend who happens to be a member (my first time in this gym 24hour fitness in general) and he was really disrespectful and by that I mean he was cussing and acting so unprofessional. All i really wanted to do is to get in and train my friends. I was hopping to give this gym a chance but honestly don't sign up cause this isnt worth it when u treat your clientele that way. I do recommend "CRUNCH" so much better.... i would never tell any of my friends to sign up here.... NEVER

I love 24 hours fitness, and will still love the chain as a whole, but this one is on the 2 star range. First, there is a lack of getting machines fix on a decent time. Second as I have always said why only build 2 stalls? It's annoying. Last, this gym tapes off a big section of the gym for private training only. However, I don't won't to bash them as I do like the 24 hour part of it so it's a love hate relationship with the gym.

This club is really bad. The men's room has 8 showers, but only 5 work. It's been that way for months. I take spin classes and most of the bikes are not working properly. They don't get maintained at all. The men's room is dirty. The hot tub and steam room are closed on many occasions. It takes them days to fix things that are broken. (There was a clock in the spin room that is a needed piece of equipment for participants, that has not been replaced in months, despite repeated requests to replace it. Other pieces of equipment go unfixed for long periods of time. I have used other 24 hour clubs that are in much better shape

This place is a bit dilapidated. The dumbells and weights are old and smell like feet, and a fair number of the cable machines are broken. As an added bonus, the handles on all the decline sit-up platforms are broken off, so you can practice maneuvering in and out of them like some kind of confused gymnast. I should also point out that the pool is a joke. They maintain its temperature at a cozy 96.5 degrees, so it feels like you are swimming in stale sweat and urine the entire time (two fluids which I'm fairly sure comprise most of the liquid in the pool). They will also kick you out of the pool area to "clean" it in the middle of the day, around 1:30PM. I peeked back into the area once to see what constituted a cleaning, and saw the janitor hosing nasty pool-deck water INTO the pool. No wonder they don't want you in it while they clean. Apparently mopping technology hasn't trickled it's way down the lower-echelon 24s. Also, male members will be delighted to enjoy a locker room that smells like a dark corner in the Tenderloin, which is to say it smells like baked cat piss. When I asked to write a formal complaint, the receptionist handed me a blank piece of printer paper, which is turbo-professional. I bet it was soundly scrutinized by the gym's top executives. Right. I gave this gym two stars instead of one because they have free parking, and working out here makes me really appreciate how much better Super Sports are compared to this tiny cesspool.

Positively the MOST disgusting unkept Facility in the entire franchise. Bathrooms in desperate need of repair and more than 1/3 of the equipment is broken.

Wow this place is disgusting. The tiles in the bathroom are coming off. Bathrooms always are extremely dirty. Lockers are in desperate need of repair. Some have nails sticking out of them.

Good job on the recent remodel. Equipment is often broken though, please keep the machines working, especially the treadmills. They are dangerous when not working properly. I almost seriously injured myself when a treadmill short-circuited.

It's a gym and gyms have body odor. It's part of life. This gym has everything I need and its big. I love using the TRX suspension bands and using the gym to stretch/ lift dumbbells. This is my go to gym and I wouldn't ask for anymore!

This gym is below average for SF based 24 hour fitness standards. Based on national standards, this place is a crowded and messy dump. On the plus side; if you workout after 1130PM you can find free cardio equipment without a lineup. I keep going back because its close to me, but that's the only reason.
