Unfortunately all the bad reviews are very accurate, often very dirty, equipment frequently broken. However the 2 times a machine was broken they had someone come fix it immediately, even at 5 AM. As with all other 24 hour gyms in SF it is very busy so it gets dirty quickly.. often have multiple staff members chilling talking at the sign in desk.. don't know if they're told to stay there but it would make it a lot nicer to come to if it was cleaned up. Huge problem is customers not racking weights tho. This gym is the worst of all with that. Has what is needed to train, if you are willing to wait your turn

This location is relatively big with lots of machines, but it's pretty crowded most of the time and you wind up having to wait. Can't complain too much though as it has everything you need to have a good work out and it has parking!

Pool down more than up. Hot tub never hot enough when working. Great staff but corporate policy is to spend as little money as possible and it shows.

It does the job to get the workout done, but since the members constantly make a mess of the place and lack of staff constantly cleaning... The place can be really dirty and nasty at times. The elevator, stairmaster, and treadmills constantly need repair. They are the only gym in the area so a lot of people go here... Just wish it was cleaner.

Always crowded, parking requires a certain skill, equipment is kept nice. Lots of cardio equipment. TRX station, weights goes up to 135 lb dumbbells. 3 squat racks, 2 half court basketball courts, 3 lanes for swimming, 1 Sauna, 1 steam room. Huge yoga room and a dedicated spin room.

The gym is OK but could do better on maintenance of equipment and organization of the free weights. It seems as if they get the older equipment from the higher-end gyms. It is fun to watch all the very serious people here though.

Its extremely crowded during peak hours, but has all the equipments needed for all your body parts and different kinds of fitness training. Also management is quick in fixing broken equipments. Parking was not too bad untill target came and some of the parking spots are allocated only for target customers. Although the maximum wait time for me to get a spot is between 5-7 minutes during peak hours.

If you're a 24 hour fitness member you know what you're getting when you step into any of their locations. The paper towels are usually completely empty and the locker rooms are filthy. This gym is no different. They do have towel service (which you have to pay separately for). As per usual, the free weights are strewn across the gym and you must wait ten minutes for the benchpress to open up. Positives: wifi works well.

Parking was already bad enough... and then they took away the already limited spaces for 24 and designated them for target... well, people going to 24 started parking at the target spaces anyways...Definitely come during a slow period to avoid trouble with parking and the massive crowd.Gym itself is alright, it gets the job done. Have fun looking dumbells!
