Great workout! Multiple class offerings throughout the day that have a variety of cardio and weights. Each class is different and the coaches encourages everyone to push and challenge oneself. The first few classes may take a bit to get familiar with some of the equipment, but don't feel discouraged. Everyone is at different levels, so it's okay to go at one's own pace. The desk staff were very helpful and are not pushy to sign up as a member - there a different options to be able to take classes without the pressure of a membership, which is refreshing.

I love OTF Comm Hill. It's a welcoming environment. The workouts are tough, but I always leave feeling amazing. You just gotta show up and all the workouts are already planned for you. Definitely worth it!
