I did the Full Row class with Wendy. She paid attention to improving my form which really improved my rowing power. I will definitely be back.

Update: Once you're in love with rowing and the workout at Row House, I recommend the Full Row class. Both Cyndi 👍 & Ava 👍coach it on different days. This class is all about rowing with a mid-row stretch. 🚣Update: A Signature class is the best class when it's your first class because it gives the best example of the fun & variety you get with your Row House workout. Shout out to Coach Michael today at the Strength class. It's a great workout supplement with a combo row + strength training.Update: Today it's the Intervals class for me. In my Fitbit I enter it as Circuit Training since we're on the rower for cardio then strength training multiple times for this very active full body workout. It's not all rowing - no boredom here. Thanks to coach Cyndi for her excellent musicality and personality, since these are a big part of what makes this workout fun. And thanks to Sydney for her excellent strength techniques. They both stay engaged with form, breathing, timing and motivation every minute of their classes.Original Review: The best workout ever and I highly recommend it for all ages. It's conveniently located and a 45-minute, full-body, low-impact workout. We row in swing as a team, which adds to the experience, and it's especially fun. The coaches are superb (love them all). Ava has team rowing experience in Los Gatos so she's great at guiding technique. Themed musical rows, monthly challenges, a variety of classes that offer both cardio and strength training while working at our own pace in a clean, supportive atmosphere. I improve my strength, stamina and endurance all the time. I'm so glad I found Row House. Try your first class for free, bring a friend and "meet us at the catch."

Started back in late July. 4-6x/week. Definitely have seen an improvement in my upper/lower body. Burn 550-650cal every class. Down 9lbs. Julia, Michael, Ava and of course my favorite coaches Sydney, Cindi and Wendy are great. They all push you and have great music. Highly recommend this program.

I absolutely love this rowing class!!! It’s the most fun I’ve had when it comes to working out. Cyndi is THE best! I just love her!!! She pushes you at a pace that really makes you burn over 500 calories. I plan on going continuously.

Coach AVA delivered yet another 5-Star FULL ROW class experience today! While motivating a sizable class of rowers at all levels; she still finds a way to make everyone feel like she’s there as their personal coach. The classes are so much fun. From time to time there are themed classes that highlight certain music artists or a movie. All the coaches are awesome. Coach Cyndi is the best, putting together great classes, pushing the class to work hard and to making them fun too
