Gym has all the equipment you could need, the trainers are great and it usually isn't too packed. The steam room is a plus too

Employees in the morning 5 am are very friendly always welcoming us with so much joy and always say good bye. Even though we come daily a great motivation to start your day.

Great gym with plenty of qood quality equipment, clean, and friendly staff. Lots of space for stretching, rolling out, free weights, box workouts and a TRX station. Has all machines you may need.

Unfortunate experience on vacation. I was a Crunch member in Illinois and was told I could use the San Mateo facility during my stay in California. Upon arrival, I was told there is a difference between franchise and corporate and therefore, I was ineligible. The San Mateo manager was non cooperative in working out a compromise and wouldn't return calls. Poor customer service.

Been using this gym for the past 3 months and it is great! It has all kinds of equipment, clean bathrooms where they use premium products, lot of lockers, parking and also a Steam room (though I never used it). They give clean towels and you can hire personal trainer too. It is expensive gym but all these features make it worth it to me.
