I've completed my 1st month as a member at OT. I took classes with Camilo weekend mornings & Josh Tues. evenings. Both coaches were awesome!! They were both energetic, motivating, & supportive with the entire group. During my workout I observed both coaches assisting & correcting members as well as myself in the weight room area making sure they had the right form to ensure they had the best workout possible without injuring themselves. I can't wait to get into next month's OT sessions with them.

I’ve been going here for almost two years and I love it. One of the best fitness gyms I’ve been to in my life. The coaches and the staff are amazing. The facilities are top notch. One of my favorite part about going to orangetheory is the fact that I know how hard I’m working out while also not having to think about what my workout will be for the day. I go at least 3-4 times a week and have never get better. I highly recommend this studio.

So far so good. I'm on month 2 and have worked out with 3 different instructors here and every workout kicks your butt and makes you want to push for more. Awesome coaches, friendly staff and a large clean facility. I highly recommend this OT studio!

I've been a member at various gyms and classes in my time in the bay area, but this is the first gym that has an ethos of cleanliness and is scientifically backed that causes me to push myself to my limits!

I LOVE OTF. I am addicted to their challenging , yet attainable, workouts. I look forward to going every time. All the coaches are awesome.

Great total body workout that burns out your muscles with interval training on the treadmill, rowing machine, plyometrics, and floor exercises with light weights and TRX. I am not a runner so I come to Orange theory because they make me run!!! You wear a heart monitor where you can view your heart rate and calories burned on a big TV screen. The goal is to keep your heart rate in the green or orange zone. After each workout session you receive an email of your performance or you can download the OTF app to view your performance summary. OTF is open 7 days a week and have tons of classes all day and night.

I absolutely love this gym. I've been going for almost 3 months! I love the one on one attention and the fact that the gym staff treats you like family! Greatest experience.

I'm just happy to be here. Great stuffs, great coaches, and great place. My first month and i feel like i've lost about 3lbs in 10days. Not bad at all and will keep going on what i'm doing now.

Love this place! The coaches are awesome, front desk staff equally awesome, and the workouts are fun! My only recommendation is fuel up before going!
