They sure are high strung about being on time here. It would be one thing if there was easy parking, but there's not. I wish they could be a little more accommodating as it's not really all that easy to start a new exercise regime, and some people joining a new gym are at a really low point in their life. I was turned off.

Been coming to this studio for a bit over a year. The staff is friendly, classes are fun & energetic and the vibes are great. It always easy enough to get into a class within the same week, so it makes it easier to be more flexible with scheduling. Would recommend this studio

It’s a great program that helps you commit to exercising. The guidance is great. I wanted to build more lean muscles around my body. They do give me good advice and tell me how to do it correctly. The only thing is there is a bit too much cardio in their program. I would prefer more strength training.

I have never been late before, but today I stepped into the studio at exactly 5:35pm for a 5:30pm class (due to police cars blocking traffic for an accident in San Mateo), but was not allowed into the class due to their "5 mins late policy". Their reasoning is they follow their clock, and if they happen to start the class a tad early, I could still be “late” even if I stepped in at exactly 5:35pm. Also, my friend actually arrived at 5:34pm to inform the manager about the blocked traffic and explained I was only 1 min away, but the manager wouldn't listen and still let the person on the waitlist in before I stepped into the studio at 5:35pm. I understand there’s a late policy, and I tried my best following the rules, even in situations like this where it’s mostly out of my control. I sprinted to the studio just to make the 5 mins mark, and had my friend get off the car early to inform the manager I would be arriving soon. I was still turned away in this situation and the manager handled it in a very cold and unfriendly way.

Really enjoy my workout at this location. Nice staff and the coaches motivated you to give the most you can in the class.

I liked the encouraging atmosphere set by our instructor Ashley, the shock-absorbing treadmills, the energizing playlist, the variety of exercises, heart rate tracking, and the helpful staff (I think Evelyn and Rebecca) who were informative but not pushy about membership options.
