Love OrangeTheory classes. I am age 62, and can control my prformance using hart rate monitor and big screens in the fitness to keep myself in orange and red zone as long as possible. Trying to come 3 times per week, for me this is the best workout with the right pace.

Fast paced, incredibly organized and the best part is the workouts are dynamic, I've yet to repeat a workout and I've been going for 3 months. I appreciate the effort behind the science of the workout and the team at the B street location is top notch. Thank you OTF

Never in a million years would think I would enjoy going to a gym to workout until orange theory. It’s like a game against yourself to push yourself past new limits. The staff is so great and friendly especially when I first started, I felt so welcomed. I high recommend orange theory!

I love OTF & I say this as a person who generally does not like exercise classes. I go almost every day & the workout is different every time which makes it exciting. I've lost at least one pant size since starting & I know I'm a lot more toned. I also love getting to know the other people in class - there's a community building & we are all excited about OTF. ❤️

Today was my 2nd workout with Camilo at OTF San Mateo. I burned 999 calories in 60 minutes! It wasn't easy, but it was worth it. The coaching, emphasis on the group as a team, and the music make it fly by. This will definitely be my go to workout because I know I'll get results from it. Glad I finally tried it two weeks ago!

Orange Theory is great. I've done boot camps before -- both indoor and outdoor -- and this indoor bootcamp is by far the best. Why? Because they integrate technology into your workout. You wear a heart rate monitor. The data collected from that is presented to you on big screen tv's so you can see how many calories you have burned, and how many minutes you were in the orange (or red) fat burning zones. They also give you your average heart rate throughout the entire workout session. All totals are provided to you via email. They have a pretty good app for booking classes too. Pretty positive experience for me so far.

Brandon is a great coach. He demos the exercises and points out how we can maintain good form. Additionally, he will go around checking people. I can see that he enjoys teaching class and wants the class to get the most out of the session.
