OTF is one of the best programs out there. The workouts are never the same and always a challenge regardless if you are new to OTF or a veteran member. The trainers are encouraging and motivating and always available to answer questions.

Was skeptical about OrangeTheory, but the workouts are EFFECTIVE. I always leave sweating - and, specifically, the coaches at OTF San Mateo are awesome. I have no complaints about any of them.

It was my first session at OTF! Staff was super friendly and helpful! The staff made.me.feel comfortable.on the equipment and showed.me.around before the session! Can't wait for the next one!

Trainer didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. He demoed everything at the beginning of class which I thought was pretty lazy. The rest of the class be just stood around playing the music. He wasn’t motivating or trying to help anyone with their form on the exercises. He didn’t even lead the class for stretches at the end. He didn’t know anyone’s name and didn’t welcome the visitors to the class. I wasn’t very happy that the studio refused to rent out heart monitors for vistors.

Really enjoying my workouts - They maintain a lot of variation in every session which is really good as it helps get good burn . The staff is great , coaches are amazing and the gym is well maintained.

Amazing workout at OTF san mateo. She truly made me feel like it was a one on one session. Took time to correct everyones form and super encouraging. Bonus its beyonce’s bday so the playlist was all B

I love that the workouts are never the same... unless I’m doing 2 classes in one day. I also love the energy from the coaches and the front desk staff are all so friendly and helpful!

OTF is one of the best workout classes I’ve ever taken. Each class is new and challenging. The OTF coaches keep you motivated throughout each set and celebrate your successes. Highly recommend OTF to anyone is ready for something new and wants to achieve results.
